@@chancekenney9624 The hacking/modding community has done so much for the vita to get vita games running much better, much more than lazy Sony ever will. Yes, get a Vita. Whatoplay.com has a great list of vita games by rating, and you can even check them by genre. I'd said it's a better than Metacritic for finding great vita games.
@@chancekenney9624 The original fat model has on beautiful OLED screen, but there are also plug-ins to improve the new slim vita's screen. I prefer the fat version because the built quality on it's shell/buttons feel much better than the plasticky-feeling slime one.

When you don't inspire confidence in your products, others won't either. I feel that the true power of the vita wasn't never reached by most developers. You look at this game and visually it looks similar to the ps3 version of madden 12 but it drops frames like hell and the controls were not as on point as the ps3 one. Yet this was their first effort, with more iterations it would have ran without issue. Need an example? look at madden 11 on the PSP, the game looks almost identical to the ps2 version. The vita whould have been an amazing console, sony must've hated it
Sony/Playstation goes through a cycle of: • Releasing a console that’s at least fairly successful; does pretty well and makes them big money (example: PS1 and 2, PSP.) • They get high off the success of the first console and get full of themselves thinking PS fans are stupid and will eat up anything they make regardless of quality, and release a successor that’s a huge cash-grab with very few games (PS3, Vita, PS5.) • The expensive, lower quality successor does terribly mainly due to the price and because most PS fans are human beings with average intelligence (they aren’t completely stupid usually.) PlayStation gets humbled and either tries to fix the console (PS3) or abandons it (Vita, possibly PS5.) • PlayStation goes back to the drawing board and ensures the next console’s actually worth it (PS4, maybe PS6.) Then repeat the cycle.

Since the switch still has no madden this is still the best portable football game that is available

@@terryhanks5353 CFW custom firmware. You need to overclock the cpu and gpu on the Vita because the game is too slow on default

Gameplay was fine after the patch, menus when looking at rosters are pretty slow still
@@amari5502 Yes. You have to hack your Vita and install certain plug-ins like lolicon and vitagrafix. Very worth it though, fixes many games
