I started following you two weeks ago and I really like your guides, man. KyoStinV is great but his guides requieres so much micromanagement (and sometimes luck). Your seems easier to me and the fact that you write in the screen when you place a operator (and whey they are facing) makes them easy to follow. Keep rocking!
Welcome aboard! But for this video, it might be unfair to compare with Kyo's guide, because this is an old stage and Chongyue is a newly released operator. Kyo's guide was made a long time ago when this stage was first released. I am trying to show that new operators can make earlier stages much easier
what you’re praising is the power creep, on the old guides, blaze can only block one direction while chongus can hit in 4 directions while having more significant damage.
I don't have Chongyue but i'll try it Edit: this strategy still work without Chongyue. In my case i use lappland S2M2 on Chongyue tile facing down, And I place Cutter S2M3 next to Spot facing left so Cutter can attack enemy on Spot's tile. I also use helidrop like Texalter and Phantom in my squad. Thanks for your guide :D
Funnily enough, you can sub out noir or beagle (maybe i only subbed out noir) with a fortress defender and it still works lol. Just remember to not let them kill enemies when chong-yue and/or thorns need their warm-up procs btw.
Good point! You may find that we are not actually using the DEF of Noir Corne / Beagle. All we need is their blocking counts (defenders can block 3 units) to deal with the last wave. So a fortress is a good substitution since a fortress also blocks 3 units and can deal extra damage.
