So glad I found out sirchez still streams and uploads to YT. I joined the military back in 2016, and I hadn't been playing league much while I was in. Got out in 2022, and found myself back playing league.

Whats the point of going warmogs whenever your 2 solo kills ahead? Why go it if you could just go roa or ryleis and just win trades while shes turbo behind no need for warmogs if you would just win trades normally regardless.
It makes it so that even bad trades don't matter. Also, it's great for when you're out of lane phase and join team fights. Being low hp with ROA and Rylais you're forced to reset, meanwhile with Warmogs you can join a fight, wait 10 seconds then join the fight again. Even in lane phase you're not forced to back when you have Warmogs, as is evident when he had enough for a haunting guise (1300g), but chose to continue pushing until he had a full Liandry's (3000g). Warmogs on tanks is ultra busted atm. It's moreso about survivability and staying in lane/fight rather than doing damage. With warmogs, even if you lose trades, you win trades.
Another reason is that it helps with demolish, as it does 100 + 35% max health bonus damage to a tower. And also he's running grasp this game, the damage and healing scales with max health.

It means he's able to stay out of the base longer and roam more freely even after fights due to healing up. The time it takes for him to roam to a lane on low HP is enough time to heal to full. So he's healthy when he ganks or invades jungle. It also means he's got a MUCH higher HP pool very quickly (not waiting for roa to stack). This is pretty important for singed because his ult gives him tanky stats but not HP. Meaning the HP synergizes really well with his ult.
Lastly it also means because of this extra tankiness he's able to feel more comfortable/confident over staying for towers and taking fights. He may do less damage during the fight. However he can leave the fight. Wait about 10-15 seconds. Be fully healed. Then either take another trade or force the enemy laner to have to back because he's now too healthy for them to fight. So they have to back and heal up in fear he'll kill them.
LASTLY it gives 5% move speed. 5% move speed doesn't sound like all that much. However it's a pretty insane buff for someone like singed who's entire gameplan is to JUST catch people and draft off them with his passive. Allowing him to get into fights more easily.
These are just some reasons I assume he takes warmogs. Yes other items have their advantages aswell but it comes down to your playstyle.
