Medical council should rethink on thiers points
Hi Manish, There is a standard process for any Gazette notification in India. A draft was released on 23 Apr'21 by NMC and Approved Notification after 7 months! NMC followed the complete Process and gave sufficient time for everyone to raise their objection or feedback for the consideration. They also made some changes from Draft to Final Notification.

This says that "The entire course, training and internship or clerkship shall be done outside India in the same foreign medical

Sir one rule you forget... Complete course should be in english medium ... But in Russia most universities are bilingual.... Except few
Yes, Fahad you are absolutely right, Instruction of Course for all 6 Years ( Pl note this is only for Classroom interaction) must be in English. Patient interaction may be in their native language like in India ( Tamil in Tamilnadu, Telgu in AP ad Telangana, etc). University must issue a certificate that you completed your entire classroom teaching in English.

It is applicable to all students entering their Medicine Course in 2021-22 Batch or later. Pl also note that BS is not part of the Medicine Course if you are studying in BS.

Good morning sir, I am going to take admission in lviv national medical univ, Ukraine. So the course there is 6yrs, ie. The duration of the course alone is around 50months(without including vacation time) and the 6th year is just Clinical rotations right sir. So will lviv give certificate for 12months internship there ?
And also sir, if they give that 12month internship certificate, will that be valid for me to get into UK as FY2 ?

Dear Majid, We are a little apprehensive about whether any Russian Univ will accept a transfer after the 5th year? We suggest you not go for this, NMC may reject your Degree.

No Adi, as Clinical Rotation in Russia and Ukraine are part of their 6 Years of Curiculam, All you need to show credit hours equivalent to 1 Year to NMC before giving NEXT-1 Exam

Sir , BS-MD is an integrated course so philipines has 72 months of course including BS
Hi Naikaj, It is important to note that BS is never part of Medicine Program as per NMC. Actual Medicine is only 4 Years in Philippines and doesn't meet the Min duration of 54 months as per new notification. As you have not mentioned when did you start your program , if you already entred in MD in 2020-21 or before then you are safe. Any student currently in BS program or entering in MD in 2021-22 Batch will not be allowed to appear in NEXT.

Its not about when did you enter in MD for NEXT Exam. It is always wnen you complete your Medicine course. New Timelines for NEXT is 2023 , I hope you will pass out in 2024 then you need to appear for NEXT-1 in Yr 2024.

Yes Abhishek , the degree of Malaysia absolutely valid in India as it meets min duration of the criteria of 54 Months.

Hi Krishna, If you read the Notification they mentioned: " unless otherwise notified". 5 Countries USA ( Its main land USA, Pl don't confuse any the Caribbean or South American island as the USA), UK, Canada, AUS, and NZ were exempted since the beginning. It is important to note that many Popular Medical programs in India have part of their MD in the US or UK, those degrees will not be Valid. You may call on 9699360370 for your specific Univ.

Most of the China Univ gives the flexibility to do your internship in India, few made it mandatory to do in China itself. With the Current Gazette Notification, you you have complete your 1 Year Internship in China and need to repeat ( CMRI) after clearing NEXT-1 Exam

Hi Dhiraj thanks for believing in us, Your internship has to be done in China itself as you will be completing your MBBS in 2023, and by this time NEXT will be in force in India. CRMI will be applicable to all either Indian Medical Graduate or Foreign Medical Graduate. Pl, note all Medical Univ in china gives options to students to do an Internship there. The Only Problem with China with the current notification is Total Course will be 6 Years in China also like any other European country.

Sana, As you have not started your MD program yet means new regulation applicable to you.
What about the students who are in their 3rd year MD in Philippines?? This rule applies for them also?
Shreeya, if you are done with NMAT and MD then no need to worry.NMC regulations will be applicable for the students starting their BS or MD in 2021-22 Batch, not for previous batches.

Sir what if we do md in Phillipines and pg in any of the five countries like USA UK Australia can we get liscense in india (with out taking next)
Hi Harsha, I hope my answer will help many students those going to the Philippines without NEET in the 2021-22 Batch or Just completed BS or pursuing BS and stuck because of the new regulation. Pl note that the Philippines system is based on US curicullam. The diff is the duration of the Course.In US BS is 4 Years course followed by 4 Years of MD. Whereas in Philippines BS is just 1 or 2 Years of Programs hence short of Credits whhich you require in order for the final match. In such a scenario after clearing USMLE Step-1 .Step-2CK and Clearing the match application your have to earn additional credit by studing one more year in your Med School. Don't worry it will remain the same 6 years with an internship. There will be no change as it meets min duration criteria and Clinical Rotation are part of their MD Course assessed in Credit hours in Ukraine, Russia, or Any country having 6 Years of Program.

After 4 year and 8 month mbbs in Kazakhstan can we do internship in India and it valid in India or not
You need to go thru 1 year Internship in India as well. Also you need to submit your 1 Year or quivalent Credit hours Internship certificate from your Medical college to NMC.in order to appear for NEXT-1 Exam.

Sir can I do bsc in india and then md in philippines. Is that will be valid according to new rules
Unfortunaly with new regulation this is not allowed as duration of the MD Program in Philippines is 48 Months and NMC is asking for min 54 Months.
Now I am going to take admission in Phillipines Davao medical school is it good or not
