Very useful, thank you. Just got my door panel off. No sound insulation at all on my door. The mice got it! Nest in the trunk! All of the clips were off the door panel too. I must buy some great glue now, and find some replacement insulation to install.
thank you I have slk 2012 UK regestered, have got a problem with the passenger door . I have to open and lock the car using the remote up to 6 times so that i can open the passenger door. I wellcome any advise or sugestion
I think the video was very good...I have this vehicle...2003 with 50,000 miles on it.Have to say that I am unhappy with the quality of the materials used from Mercedes on it..the panel glue holding door panel pieces has failed..and quality of finish is crap..and I baby this car..have a 2003 BMW X5 and there is a huge difference in quality of materials used and assembly...anyway I like his video.....thank you for posting....

Been a year since your post...but go EBAY or Amazon and you can buy a set of the plastic trim removal tools for like $13.00..and they work on any make and or model...one of the best tools I've ever purchased...
good video, have you got a solution for door lock problem, my passenger door will open from the remote, but it has just stopped locking from the remote, it works ok manually, any help would be appreciated.
Hey, thanks for the video it was very helpful to me on my quest to remove the door panel. Unfortunately it seems that I have messed up the handle wire and now the door won't open from the inside but only from the outside. The wire is hooked but the handle is kinda loose. If you have any tips I would be very grateful. Thanks
Look at video at 3:21…i'm pretty sure you have connected that gold hook but didn't insert black cable in plastic part of door panel….good luck…thanks for watching !

Hello. Any ideas on how to fix my drivers side door lock? The remote will occasionally lock it, but sometimes I have to insert the key in the door, to lock if the remote won't lock the car.
I had to replace the original radio Nie a year later the original speaker on the eft sid has a rattle every now and then Its intermittent . ? can it be fixed out just replace and is it easy to replace ??? been quoted $8 hr just for labour

you have intermittent problem…that needs some serious diagnostics…good luck.
+diesel mercedes It has been fixed. It was a broken vacuum coupler.
do you know anything about fixing then speaker in the door ?
you don't fi them, you replace them...requires removing door panel....
