Vibration is choke when u start cold . As engine is directly mounted to chassis. There will be vibration but it’s significantly less even from ktm 390. Check your steering . It must be loose . Mine got loose 2nd time . It feels free and vibrates.

Yes , get the engine tuned . Remap . Best expensive option .
Top speed is more than enough I guess we can do 140+ on an open road and 120-130 on any road so I don't think there is need for that
