it has nothing to do with people being RE-minded and more to do with Honda being stupid, CB is 60k more expensive than a base varient Hunter 350 and 30-40k more than the dual abs one and that is without taxes, include that you can get a hunter for CB's ex-showroom price, also it is only sold at bigwing's which are not present in majority of the country and their marketing strategy has been piss poor. you cannot blame customers for Honda's incompetence. They could've easily priced it at 160k and decimated the competition the fact they didn't shows how disconnected honda's leadership is from their customers

Were you get a more refined engine, and way more features compared to any meteor or classic varient out there... Those 2 varients are nothing but overpriced. Hunter I think is a much better option than this two, but definately not comparable to the CB.

wonderful! Glad to note that Honda India decided to release these accessories about 2 years after they launched the bike instead of waiting for a more auspicious year like 2025 or 2030! I got so tired of their "lazy/uninterested" speed of releasing accessories, that I decided to sell my CB350 RS recently and decided to buy a Meteor 350. So much for Honda accessories in india.

Yeah, agreed! Unfortunately, Honda says its target customers want the look of a cafe racer without compromising on the practicality, hence standard handlebars. Also, clip-on handlebars may require changes to the shape of the tank as the bars are lower.
Not really, Take a look at 2014 Triumph Thruxton. Clip-ons doesn’t make a motorcycle more cafe racer. Entire tank shape and headlight positioning of CB350 must be changed in order to be a cafe racer, in this case it eon’t happen. But that H’ness cafe racer kit is a win atleast for me. It’s hot!!! Can’t wait to get my hands on it! My only gripe is seat cowl is non-removable and pillion ready like RS.

I have a continental gt 650, Have done 15,000 kms in 18 months and I’m planning to buy a cb 350. To all the people who thing RE bikes are wonderful you guys are wrong, sure they are cheap but they are total shit. Lemme tell u my story, I am someone who takes care of things in a proper manner, I have done all the services on time, and never have i ever went to any local mechanic to get my bike fixed, In less than two years of ownership following parts of bike have been proven to be faulty- Throttle assembly- replaced Gearbox (3 gear broke on highway when i was on my way home from the re service centre itself) Fuel pump- replaced Speedometer sensor- replaced Cone set- replaced Clutch plates - replaced And so many other small parts. Now the situation is, My bikes does not exceed 145 kmph and mind it it’s a 650 cc parallel twin motor My abs ligh comes on and off again and again. I have got this checked 4 times in an re service centre and they reset the ecu and say it won’t happen again. I paid nearly 12,000 for my clutch plates and still the performance of my bike hasn’t been improved. All i have to say is these are poorly built machines, They have shitty reliability. And fun thing is i know people who don’t even take care of their re twins and they never have faced any problem at all. See the quality is not consistent on re bikes. Some people face extreme problems with their bikes and some don’t. I met an interceptor owner on my trip to spiti this year and he told me he is having some noise problems in its engine and when he touches 80kmph weird clicking noises come from his engine and he has been going to service centre to get it fixed since last couple of months and the RE mechanics aren’t able to fix it. Bottom line is buying an re is a huge gamble I have been riding for nearly 8-9 years now and have ridden on every terrain, no other bike has been such a disappointment to me than this GT 650. I don’t wish to buy a bike just to visit service center at least twice every month amd burn holes in my pocket for repairs. Hence I’ll buy a honda now and then in future will upgrade to a cb500x and if stars are complimentary then to an Africa twin. Buying an RE is a huge gamble, especially if u are buying the twins. If you research enough you’ll see I’m not the only owner who has faced these many issues with the 650 twins there are a lot and re mechanics don’t know how to fix the issues, When I first got my bike there was some problem with the engine after heating and running for a few kilometres, the rpm used to misbehave when starting the engine once I manually gave throttle then it used to behave properly, fun thing is i showed this to re mechanic in Manzil motors gurgaon and he told me it’s fine and it’s normal and guided me to change the relays i told him to do so, Later i moved to my hometown near rohtak and I went to rohtak for services and the mechanic there told me that it’s a problem and he fixed it under warranty so the clear thing is there are some untrained mechanics who just literally are there ro do normal servicing and don’t know shit about bikes . Trust me guys re bikes can be huge pain in the ass and we are just being lured to buy them for their cheap price tags. My advice is to think twice before buying an RE
I was about to upgrade my bike. I was about to sell my Hines 350 and buy an adventure 390. But now I will upgrade it to a tourer kit and will use it for the next 3 years. 😄

All fine but the honda engineers have designed the front mud guard in the most awkward design that even a local mechanic would have done it better. The weight balance , mounting with the overall length of mud guard is so foolishly designed and mounted that it has a continuous vibration which these local service people struggle to arrest it. Then I removed it and welded it with the metal ro arrest the sound. Cost cutting plays a major role in honda despite their overpriced products.
Ah yes, comparing seperate model to a custom kit. Gt 650 is a seperate model entirely and 12,000 more pricey than interceptor, this is literally a kit on a cb350 and it's quite well done for it is, you can get clip ons after market too

You know the main problem is now gt has become the epitome of caferracer for our people every caferracer that will come out in the market RE worshippers like you will compare with gt and if its not like gt then its a sht caferracer. 😂

If Honda wanted to sell more, they would have sold this through normal Honda dealerships instead of Big Wing. Exclusivity is also nice. In my neighborhood alone there are 5-6 Enfields which makes me want to avoid buying them. Edit: turn out my town also doesn't have big wing, lol it has influenced me to go towards Enfield since I would have to travel 60 km just for test ride.

The prices of the bikes won't be affected because of these kits. These kits are only optional, and their cost is over and above the price of the bike.
