Thank you for telling how to learn English, my friend. Great job👍
Thank you too 😊
Great learning tips for learning! I teach biblical languages and the same principles you shared can be applied to learn them.
That's great! Thanks for sharing.
Very interesting your video; I throroughfully understood all You said; and looking at You so cute I understood better😊
Glad it was helpful! 😊
Πολύ χρήσιμο ευχαριστώ!
Παρακαλώ; Τι θα αλλάξει στην καθημερινότητά σου μετά από αυτό το βιντεάκι;
@@ElenaEfthimiou2680 I will try to write, read or listen to Greek at least a little bit every day. Unfortunately, I don't have another Greek speaker to converse with ☹️
Where do you live? Probably there's a Greek community around you, or a Greek café. The idea of Narrow Listening is mostly to for input. The focus would be on receiving the language rather than speaking! @@steveodos
Thank you for teaching us English 🙏 8:26
Try out to learn English or any other language like this, and let me know how it goes!
That's the problem. Interesting content
Try to find stories. They are usually intereating as they have a conflict in them and an unknown ending. Which language are you currently learning?
Thanks for the advice, like your idea,of asking one question to several people, but can only really do this when on holiday ,😎
I am glad you liked it. Where do ypu live? Are you sure there are no restaurants, cafés or any kind of communities of people who speak your target language? Try to find some people in your area that speak the language you are acquiring!
I live in south London, but go to Cyprus quit often, as we have a small house there, thanks again 👍
I wish I met a greek person to try to talk a little with, but where I live I have never met one.
@@elenarosa2024 Where do you live?
@@daverouse Great!
Top. Enthusiasm is life all about .
You are from greek i suppose ?
I am from Cyprus! What language do you learn?
If the average person without talent wants to learn a language then know this: you don't learn a language, you don't acquire a language, you live a language if fluency is your goal. Language acquisition is the result of living the language. That is why moving to the country of the language you want to learn is so popular.
It's also very important to reach a level of understanding the language and converse a bit before one moves to the country of the language one learns. It's important to immerse oneself in the target language with comprehensible and interesting input!
@@ElenaEfthimiou2680This is a good point that many skip. Moving to a country that speaks your target language doesn't help you to acquire the language at the beginner stage, but if you have already mastered the sound system before you arrive then you will benefit. I live in a Spanish speaking country and around 90% of my acquisition comes from the internet.
@@EnglishwithJoe Great! I am happy that you see it too! Keep up the good work!
καλή συμβουλή!!!
Χαίρομαι!
It seems language learning is more of a talent than hard work. Some people are able to easaly learn and others no mater how hard they try cant.
I believe that people who try hard to learn a language should stop doing that and start enjoying the process, open up to the language and be able to receive the messages. Commitment is necessary but it's not hard work. Commitment is just a decision!
@@ElenaEfthimiou2680Indeed, when people focus too much on the technical aspects of studying a language rather than enjoying the process of learning, they often put in excessive effort. This can lead to frustration and a loss of interest, making the entire experience feel more like a chore than a rewarding journey.
Exactly! @@SameSilentThikHai
It's just a matter of skill, most people never even read a book on how learning a language works, It is not necessary (I know), and you can learn without reading a book, but what I'm trying to say is that most language learners has a shallow understanding on how to learn and acquire a foreign language, that's why they struggle so much.
Talent has nothing to do with it.
Anybody can learn a foreign language fast, they just don't know how to do it.
Not hard work but reperition buddy .
Go to assimile books- that is what she is trying to tell you .
Regards to all of you .
Good day .
