Hi Paul those crimps you use have they been modified so they are flat on both sides.i don't seem to be able to find find any with out a sharp edge.l ham new to this can you use any nails for Axel's.brilliant videos you do.cheers.

@@PaulRestorer what are these made of? The ones I bought at Amazon are so easily bent when hammering and I dont even get the shape out of it when hammering it. Have you tried with a concave shaped grinding stone with the rotary tool? It might would be a more delicate approach :) if it works.
