Good work! I am on the same page as you, I have no desire to do head-to-head battle. But I am a Disney person and I got roped into the artwork and solo/co-op is such a game changer. I am also rubbish at deck building but this will entice me to at least try it. I do wish it is an LCG vs. CCG, however it did benefit me because I got some hand-me-down cards from a hardcore friend.
There are currently 9 pre constructed decks, that you could try against Ursula. I’m surprised that you didn’t do this with Marty, but I assume it was because of limited space. Thanks for the demo! I really enjoy this game. I am still waiting for my Ursula booster boxes and starter decks to arrive and have not been able to find this co op game as of yet. Yes, I do hope they put out more villian decks out! I would like to see Captain Hook, Jafar, Maleficent, and Queen of Hearts next!
Suggestion: you could play at level 2. Also, now you may want to examine you decks and become familiar with the combos look up if the mulligan rule applies to this game. (That may get you a better starting hand)
I’ve tried my best to avoid them since a spell on Magic years and years ago, it helps that until now they’ve all been fighting games which are automatic passes for me. I’d much rather it was an LCG and the random packs are a problem, but you get something that exists and you could give away or sell on with a pack of cards, and if you kept them you could play forever. Loot boxes are just the lowest of the low and the video games industry’s reliance on them for years now has just pushed me further away from them
@@slickerdrips Oh totally, the LCG model that Fantasy Flight introduced was a great idea. The Lord of the Rings LCG is still one of my favourite games, I could just pick up what I wanted and skip what I didn't without feeling like I was missing out.
Really entertaining play through! Thanks for showing us how the game works 🙌✨

Yeah the more I can zoom in on card games the better to try and make the text clearer :) I'd like to do another one 2 player though!

I wouldn't have flooded the board quite so much, although I'm more risk averse re: board wipes and bounces.
Yeah she’s got several things to just throw everything back into your hand or away completely!
How the crap did you do that. I keep getting all my characters swept away or killed and she keeps dropping a minion or two every single time.
Luck, and I did the lose an item card wrong 🙂 lost a lot of the time on mainly normal difficulty
The co-op mode looks great, but I just can't be bothered with collectable card games. It's like loot boxes for board games. 🙁
