It is not a question of whether any one is wrong or right, but the established convention followed by judicial officers ofthe high and supreme court's where the judges have followed the practice of not calling political leaders to their residences for pooja etc. Even for marriage functions it is prohibited. Both Mody and CJI are very wrong because it has become a matter if public discussion. Even judgments delivered by SC judges have followed the footsteps of judgments delivered by the past judges.
