Therefore, he created The White House National Security Council Directorate for Global Health Security and Biodefense. Trump eliminated that infrastructure which would deal with this pandemic and on top of that trump cut the CDC budget by 40% just this past September. He does not want to take responsibility for anything, he has said it himself. But you as a trump supporter don’t care. That is a shame. Blame and deflect is what trump does best.
