It just seems that the owner really likes the brown-colored decorative panels that are in all the houses that advertise, they don't dare to use bright and vivid colors, a design with a sea or beach style would be excellent, or in your house like camper houses or other interior design styles, try other designs and color chart.
Nice if you have a couple of acres to put it on. Otherwise, all of those lovely big windows will just be looking out onto the sides of other buildings or cars. Also, only one of the 3 secondary bedrooms has space for even a tiny desk. Trying to promote more family togetherness?

Not a bad house design but there are some things I hate about it. Start with the front door. It opens directly into the living room, so anyone coming in the house is on the carpet. That will wear very badly indeed. You need a coat closet and somewhere to put shoes. Anywhere on earth this might be built is going to have rainy weather, at the very least. Somewhere to hang outerwear and somewhere to allow wet footwear to dry is a must. The kitchen is okay. Nothing much wrong with it. There needs to be access from the kitchen to the outdoor space.
Although the palm trees are very beautiful and they want to decorate the exterior and landscaping, they are not so appropriate. Because over time it turns out that they become very long, very large, very thick, with a diameter that is difficult to cut and end up being a real danger for houses. not to mention that they absorb a lot of water, their roots will reach the foundations of the houses, they are very close to them, a serious mistake.
They see the same closets, the same colors, the paintings above the headboards of the beds. It's not a good idea. A tremor falls, the painting breaks the head of the little Christian who is lying down, too brown.
