No setting the rolling torque on the pinion gear? No staking the stake nut on the pinion? No torquing the pinion housing to the diff housing (usually 170 ft lbs plus rotating each bolt an additional 120 degrees)? What about rolling torque after diff assembly? That alone should increase to 40 to 60 in lbs after torquing the cap bolts to 1350 ft lbs.
