I wish I had reviewed this before I bought the C23U. I live in the United States, so common sense would say that I need apps that I use here in the United States. I can't download my Chase Bank app, nor credit union app from Google play because, they don't use the American Google play. It literally said that the app wasn't compatible with my phone. Even the free, cheap government phones are compatible with my bank apps. I am extremely pissed because they have Google go pre installed on this phone and it's like a f-ing virus that I can't uninstall. I did install the regular Google play and Google but Google go will not let me use the United States Google. Don't buy the C23U for $179 ! Don't buy it at all! It over heats quickly and takes a long time to charge. I only had this phone a few days, not even a week and I hate it. Also, you can't edit photos properly on this phone, if you use the markup feature, it totally messes up the photos. I wish I could upload pictures here but don't waste your money on the c23u. It over-heats quickly when charging, there's something wrong with these phones because other people had the same problems.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PHONES. You can watch reviews for yourself, they are not as advertised and are total garbage. It is definitely too good to be true, sorry folks but you get what you pay for!
