EFE Bulleid Raworth Booster Loco with legomanbiffo Sound

I haven't shown all of the sound functions available on the legomanbiffo sound project.
For anyone wondering why, I have two main reasons for remapping some functions:
1. Bringing them into line with other locomotives and units on my layout to make it easier on my memory (F2 braking, F3 horn/whistle, F7 compressor, F10 guard's whistle, F11 flange squeal, and F21 cab lighting are examples of this);
2. To bring most used functions to the lower numbers which reduces the number of button presses required using my NCE systems (Power Cab and Power Pro). In this case, F9 is an example where it is easier to operate the two speed exhauster sounds.
An additional reason for moving the brake function to F2 is because that can use the only non-latching key available on the NCE systems.
