Thank you and yes no light leaks and no spacing issues looks like I can start using it a lot more in the new year happy holidays to you and your family
Got some very nice shots this expired film has some sort of blue cast but it works alot , I bet you enjoyed using the rollei just a different feel to a slr and a mamiya 645
You could get a Rolleiflex with Tessar for a lot less, and the accessories for it (Bayonet I) are cheaper as well. I use Rolleis with the Tessar and Planar, and there has never been an occasion when I thought "I should have used the Planar instead". The Tessar is a great lens.
Great to see the Rollei back in action Tom, TLRs are great! Were you using filters on the provia shots, the taking lens looked like it had a green tint or is that a coating?
Hey Richard i did have a yellow filter on but i shot a roll of black and white that day that got messed up in the development process and the rollei was slipping so had double exposure but i fixed the issue with the rollei now and repaired the light leak so its all working so thats why i fort I would take it to Cornwall and shot the lighthouse and i used the yellow filter with some hp5 and was very surprised at the results could be down to my new scanner but i will carry on shooting the rollei as i do love using it thanks for watching 😊
@@OnlyAnalogue That's a light-green (hellgrün) filter in the video, though. A filter I like to use in the summer with lots of greens, and for portraits for nice skin tones.
Sorry I haven't been around much this year but it's been a nightmare, health wise. I broke my hip in January and spent 3 months in hospital, recuperating after the replacement and trying to shake off the hospital accquired infections. In addition my cancer is playing up again, spreading to my ribs and shoulders. All in all, not nice. I still follow what you and Josh do, it's just that replying to posts tires me out.

Cool!
Lighthouse photos are great. HP5 is such a great film, all Ilford B&W films are great to be honest, but HP5 is so versatile.
Thank you I think the yellow filter and nice lighting helped to give nice contrast and location helped it was hard to find a bad shot happy holidays 😊
Thanks for sharing.Have a nice Christmas.
Happy holidays!
Love the composition of these shots! Especially that one at 5:09
Cheers Rory thanks for your kind words

Great video! I really want to get my hands on a Rolleiflex, there's a cheap 3.5F for sale where I live but I ain't got the money to buy it
You wouldn’t regret it if you could find the money
