Why are there two critical issues in this case still ignored? First and foremost, the first amendment applies to the allegations. Secondly, Rico does not.

The state of Georgia already looks questionable. If denied the appeal all credibility would be out the window. The apoearance of wrong doing is so obvious, they reallt had no choice. Still, I was holding my breath with the weaponized judicial system.

Well said and I agree. This is my first time I considered changing parties to vote Republican. Now that The Georgia election Board has entered a written decision that there were errors specifically in Fulton County where votes were counted twice, over three hundred thousand votes are missing that they can not produce which possibly would have put Trump at a win for Georgia and 20,713 votes that were counted don't exist. If this is all true, (I'm paraphrasing) The charges should be dismissed immediately.

The Jury are the ones who do the judging as to incense and guilt. Therefore they are the judges. If they are the Judges, then who is the one called the Judge? He is the master of ceremonies and keeps the game flowing correctly. Just like any good game show an audience is necessary, but they must remain outside the bar, so they don't really have any other purpose than to enjoy the show. Don't tell me about justice. I keep reading this trial has collapsed and that Fani is being prosecuted, but it does not seem to e actually happening in real life. The trial has not even been stayed by the court of Appeal and no grand jury has been convened to hear the charges against Fani She still claims she is the DA with full control of the trial.
