I love orchestral music, it's very distinct from other genres, and it's very flexible, it can portray pretty much any emotion or feeling through things like instrument selection and arrangement, and even through small details like volume or vibrato automation as you did, or even pitch automation, panning, ect of each instrument. I think you should finish this one either on a cut down video or on a full process video in the future, it has a lot of potential!
And yes I mostly mention Hans Zimmer for reference since people can get an idea of what type of cinematic music I am creating. But I mostly tried to make any cinematic music :) It can apply to Hans Zimmer but also other orchestral music artists! I think in the "drop" the vibe could be compared to the Pirates Of The Caribbean theme song... of course a way more dulled out version but I only had 30 minutes :D
@Arcade - about the 'Delay' you mention for the strings at 5:46 and 19:27 you can set the track latency in the mixer to allow for this delay (latency) I hope this helps. Great videos by the way, keep them coming! thankyou
I just started watching your videos and they are so informative and entertaining! I'm also just starting with FL Studio, and watching you create this in 30 minutes is inspiring man. Thank you for what you do and keep it up!
@@malak_minatory haha thank you man❤️ I like to browse around these types of videos to learn new techniques and just see what libraries other people use and see if any catch my attention.
You know, for someone who knew almost nothing about the instruments, let alone orchestral writing, this was fairly impressive! I wonder what you could have come up with if you spent a couple of days watching videos about this style then tried your hand at it!
I think that someone needs to do an action movie about the SARS-CoV-19 (coronavirus) and use the song that you made on the video, it would be cool PD: a trick that I would do so the violín sound more épic is to overlap the notes and put some more reverb, and maybe do a little automation of tremolo and vibrato to make it more natural, but just a little bit
Great attempt. Really helped me as I am a newbie to this but want to focus on Orchestral type music as I'm a Dance teacher and this is the sort of music I want to create.
This was very informative, I recently acquired a free vst from BBC Discovery, and didn't know where to even start... There was a lot to learn from this little bit. Also calling out that using automation on a third party plug in. You've changed my life for the better lol
It's well made for just 30 mins, even if you had made changes later on, but overall I really enjoyed it to listen to it. All in all I would say, job done and thumbs up on this. 👍✌️
@@alchemist6306 - To capture the natural attack of each note of the instrument. Especially important when playing legato passages. The transitions become more natural and realistic.
really love the sound you made with Fl studio 20 , plus the plugin looks very nice , so what movie or maybe video game is this gonna be in ? haha Good job .
You can use styrus and flex if you are looking for strings if you can't pay for the price of this vst as well as using string solo and string section in the instrument pack on fl studio
I wish this was more of an instructional rather than to see how fast you can complete a track. Some of those buttons you were hitting,I had no idea of.
Great job im actually going to buy the program myself soon i have not touched FL studios for a long time and want to get back into creating music as a hobby. My suggestion if your going to go that route i reccomend Two steps from hell orchestra and audiomachine
There is still lot of work until you reach the level of Hans Zimmer! He's truly a master in cinematic music. But I think for 30 minutes it's a great job!

Alex moukala.. you must know him..if not go check him out in @ alex moukala tutorial
Musicratos 1 I found out about him last night and got completely hooked into this genre. Hopefully in the future I can make something as good.
@Glitch normaly I’m a Progressive House producer, but I really like to create cinematic music! It’s so fun!!!
@@elmelstudio He's a great guy and a brilliant musician/tutor.
So you should listen orchestal trance

Yes..but really a great piece within 30 mins...that's too from scratch...👏👏👏👏
Did you know that the Pirates of the Caribbean Song is inspired by a song of The Lion King 2?

Just start to produce man and soon you too will be able to produce like this 👍
Sounds epic and great even if it is written within small duration of time... But not the flavor of zimmer...but really good work...
In Germany we say HANZZZ ZIMMERRRR
😂😂😅😅
Sag mal, Arcade spricht doch deutsch, oder irre ich mich da komplett? o.O

Impressive work.
Lol, hi
Yo, it's the tesla coils guy.
22:08 The clever idea in the last second :) the satisfaction look on your face lol
Arcade is now producing tracks for dark souls
would be fun :D
Sounds nothing like a track that’d be in dark souls lol. This is good but souls OSTs aren’t this uplifting.
@@haveldubs ye ik man I was joking also I'm your fan dude damn your minatory tracks should be in a soul's game

If only you used your gift for God--God, the Most Righteous One and worked in helping others through your music.
Omg this is my first time watching how FL Studio works and i just love it! Thank you!

Super Performance in that short period of time!
I was expecting for beautiful scenery type cinematic, but this could still work for the adventures ahead.

Let's do it...
I been binge watching your stuff for a while now, so I figured it is a good time to sub. I love the tutorials (especially the vocal ones)
Maybe make a little series on this track? Where you make it a full length track and add everything you would with proper time available.
1:47 I'm so glad you didn't say I'm feeling this D

"That sounds interesting... but not great" :) :) Yep. Great tutorial!
Love how u put Hans Zimmer on the thumbnail. Ma man

My fav movie composer is John Williams! Cinematic music is cool
Jurassic Park - Journey To The Island!
Man i want that as the background to a rap beat. I would murder that song 🔥🔥🔥
Lots of fun. Looking for more of these!

germany gave us beethoven and zimmer!!!!
i couldnt ask more
love from india
Not bad for the timing! LOL I like the sound library.
The music suppose to end with something like a crash cymbal, a drop and something like a very bazzy thunder brew. Great job.
Music in mind if mind is empty thousand tracks of instruments will not make music.
Nice work.
You know you can go to "Advanced" and turn off the Latency delay down to 0 while programming? :D
why is there a delay in the first place. i’m curious
@@alchemist6306 - To capture the natural attack of each note of the instrument. Especially important when playing legato passages. The transitions become more natural and realistic.
This was amazing! And in 30 minutes wtf! Got a lil annoyed when you used the loop tho
yeah wasn't sure if I'd make the drums from scratch in time :)
@@ArcadeFL no worries. Subscribed and inspired anyways lol
Thanks man!! You've earned my respect
Please make more orchestral music! 😍😍😍
Nice job. You can adjusted that delayed start time in the advanced settings.
