"This was my voice when I was 5 years old"....."How terrifying" Had me dying.
His face is even better
He was one manly sounding 5 year old then.
Strange how projecting adult-like qualities onto young boys is often seen as funny, while depicting little girls as adults is considered creepy.
@@nekemli2622 Your profile pic is my response to your naive comment ;)
@@sidb596 How is my comment naive?
@@nekemli2622 The creepy comments aren't exactly commenting on the vocal qualities of young girls.
Now, if a 9 year old girl sounded like Cher, I'd 100% say something.
No shit
He came out of the womb sounding like he drinks whiskey and smokes cigars. 😂
Idda been proud if I was his dad
😅
I’ve heard of crazy narcissist delusions but this one is up there for sure 😊
that's colter wall lol
Pulled a anos voldigoad shit
Dude my little brother is like that. He had a deep ass raspy voice when he was like 4 and now he’s 20 with that same damn voice lol
Same here u guess but with me. Beside i never could talk normally ( using my normal voice) and had to pitch it up for people to even hear me, i have a very deep voice and people just can't fucking hear me it's sickening😂. Beside i see that all of the people i see are deaf, i just have better ears
@@adamrozek5782Has nothing to do with being deep, you just don’t speak loudly enough.
@@SnailHatan trust me brotha i speak loud n shout and people still won't understand shit, till i scream with pitched up voice :/
@@adamrozek5782Try speaking with your diaphragm. It helps me. I have trouble with my voice.
@@adamrozek5782yeah I get what you mean I have a extremely deep voice but is just too deep that people can't understand what I say when I talk it sounds like when you are on a phone call from jail but with a deep voice so u can't understand unless I speak slowly
Imagine tyson before he had a thick neck
Lmao
Woof
Impossible
Brutal lmao
Would we even be able to hear him?
I love how he just brushes over this. Damn would it be awesome to see any old school home videos of him as a kid😂😂😂
They don’t exist cause he’s lying
@@yoeyyoey8937
Amazing comment. How would he be lying - and why.
@@Imitatechrist cause if androgen receptors were responsible for this then it doesn’t make sense that it would effect him as a kid in a way that didn’t have a different effect as an adult.
@@yoeyyoey8937
You did not listen in the least. The point is that it is an exception, a rare malfunction technically speaking that he kept his voice and had it deep from the start.
Have a good weekend.
@@yoeyyoey8937 bro it would've taken like 10 seconds of googling to not look like an idiot. It's a real condition
"Every podcastor has a plan until they get punched in the face."
Daamn dude had to click back I thought you said "Every Podcaster has a plan until they get punched in the neck! " had me rolling, still funny though
What is the percentage of pod casters that get punched in the face?
@@christopherlewis1315 probably .0001% - .01 %, very few which is why they don't plan for it

Joe rogan got a longer table because of mike tyson on his show to avoid this lol
Him at 5: “The playground has been shown to, actually, IMPROVE my cortisol levels, thus giving me a good night’s rest.”
His mom: 👁️👄👁️
Extremely under rated comment.
I like to imagine his head and face have always been the same too. He just started with a babies body.
Andrew was born with a thick neck
Dude, tyson had THE neck and look at his voice lmao
Knew a kid around the age of 6 in central America who had the same thing. He played in the street with the rest of the neighborhood. He kids all called him Pato 🦆. His voice was awesome
I think the only mutation he had was the neurons in his brain to make him think he sounded 50 at 5
"This was my voice when I was 5 years old"🧢

Have you seen him without a shirt? It's highly likely
@@tylerpixelhave you?...sounds like some wild dms 😅
My little brother had the same thing. Ever since he was 4 he’s had a super deep raspy voice.

Mother , i need to eat more meat to get androgen receltor alteration
.his head was also the same
Bro😂
You know who people are really drawn to? It's people who know everything about everything.
The amount of half baked ideas and facts and suggestions this guy spews out is astounding
I'm having my issues believing this, still , the thought of a 6-year old Huberman, explaining his fellow first class mates something about androgen receptors and whatnot in this voice has me dying.
My nephew has this and it was adorable to hear him talk when he was a little guy😂
But why is Mike Tysons voice kind of high pitched. He has one badass neck.
Genetics is a big factor
@@bengale1263 you mean low pitch i guess
@@ozkancagatay Were you talking to the other guy? I was just saying that genetics is gonna make a difference in how high or low your voice generally is
@@bengale1263 yes you right 👍
I think he would be referring to the rasp sort of sound in Tysons voice, where most people’s come through clear/smooth his has a roughness that sounds like it could be from slightly impeded airflow
Neat. This is a great piece of knowledge to come across. Intriguing
Bruh I've had the same voice since I was 5 myself. People think I'm a girl on the phone 😢
Yoooo! 😄
literal "Congratulations, it's a man" gigachad energy
This is what Tom Segura’s son must have. He talks about how his son sounds like he smokes a pack a day.”
Makes sense…I think Huberman and Segura are cousins
@@cnav2911 they look alike like craaaaazy
Bro, imagine having your kid come into your room at night with that voice and just being like: “I’m scared dad”. Nah, now I’m fucking scared too 🤣🤣
Dang! I've envied his voice, but I don't anymore! I'll keep mine, thank you!
I agree with you on this one because after every single workout, my voice sounds more deeper
“Okay”
The Little Rascals is one of the first movies I’ve ever watch & it’s also a favorite, but imagining this guy speaking that way during his youth is impossible to imagine 😂
Ive had the same voice since I was 6 good to know im not the only one.
Love you Andrew, brain and voice!
Love some Huberman ❤
We need a video Andrew, or not true 😂 LOL I wanna see 😆
His voice never changed like I never grew up lol
The finest Doctor on the planet and then DrMike
Stewy popped up in my head 😂
Extreme useful! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Same here, deep voice as a baby. My Aunt still laughs about it. Plus I had long hair as a 4 year old. People thought I was a girl, then I'd speak like Al Pacino. Hooaahh!
I finally subbed after seeing this guys freakin content so much. Uncle
You are amazing!
Huberman was born with so much testosterone that his voice never changed
I knew a kid like this. We called him Hardcore.
No way that’s a 5 year old’s voice
Yea aint no way.
He probably didn’t notice
I think the rasp etc.
they would have been smaller vocal cords, so not quite as deep but you can definitely have thicker cords due to hormonal differences. it would have been more raspy
At age 5 it was known Dr. Andrew Huberman would achieve great things
FYI this is the only guy you find when you look up "neck training voice change"
5 year old Andrew huberman with his adult voice would be crazy 🤣
Same for women
Yeah I believe you.
I need proof of that. No way he had the same voice
You can tell Chris edited the subtitles by hand because timbre is spelled correctly
My oldest son has always had a deep voice and it's only gotten deeper over time. We joke he's going to sound like Barry White when's he's a Freshman.
Andtew is so smart, and projects intelligence patience and kindness.
It takes a while to realise this dude is built like a truck and can probably literally whoop your ass back into shape.
Ever since i started neck training my voice has gotten deeper
I met a five year old that was 5'3"
He had the bulk of a 16 year old
It was self evident that giants do walk the earth
Ha, you're so much better than everyone else.
Exactly
Lol
is he ever talked about how actually train a neck, and how voice change from it? deviates in what way?
So he was never Andrew Huberboy. 😌
Wait hold on, im the same way, my voice has been very deep my entire life and I never took it for anything other than having a deep voice until now
every academic male sounds like this dude. They always have the same exact voice.
I trust this guy on neck training advice
Huberman: (Talks about his unchanging voice)
Him: Okay.🙃
Also huberman: That means this is the same voice I was born with.
Also him: THE FVCK!
I still have no clue how this guy became so famous. Sure sometimes he says good things, but many times he is just full bullshit mode. And with such confidence, its remarkable
It also occurs when you play hockey.
“ok”
I’m sorry, but there’s absolutely NO shot this is the EXACT voice he had at 5 😂
Bro graduated from Trust me bro university
Bro imagine him saying his first word and its gonna be a hard DAdA.......
I wonder if thats why mike tyson had such a high pitched voice when he was a young contender
Terrifying is accurate!
Some get get higher pitched and some go even deppee
Mike Tyson hearing this 💀
So working your neck makes your voice deeper or not?
This is what I want to know
Apparently but I wouldn't read much into it
lol I can’t imagine a 5 year old talking in that voice
How to maintain the healthy airflow as mentioned?
Bro was born more manly than I'll ever be
Whatever u hav free will, I hopin my free will is taken from 4 god😊
Why u here judging when u cookies & shi is not a oven stop readin , start livi
I'm going to press X to doubt on this one.
Ex. Mike Tyson
How do I train my neck
Bro😂 cmon, whatd you have the beard at 5 years old too… huberman ceases to amaze me.
I injured my cervical spine my voice sounded like I was 12😂
I want to sound like batman do i need thick vocal cords for this?
Well, some bits are correct info but there is no way his voice didn’t “break”. He also has an Adam’s apple which only appears after puberty and means the larynx changed to the lower position. His voice definitely changed at puberty. You can hear the lower resonances in the chest voice. Perhaps he thinks he didn’t because he didn’t get the squeak, rasping or clunk sounds that can embarrassingly occur during that time.
Women’s voices do break too, just not usually as obvious. You can hear the break in girls if you sing a scale but not so often in the speaking voice.
Huberman over there, having a manlier voice at 5 yo than me at almost 30, lol
When I first hit puberty, my voice went higher, and I can still go higher when I sing. But now when I talk, it’s much deeper
Can I know how old you are now?

Interesting. I remember a boy from my elementary years who had a strangely deep voice for our age. This might’ve been the reason why
Imagine if Andrew had a typical kids voice and was spitting all these facts sounding like a 6yr old on Fortnite 😂
Did he just say that heavy neck training will change the air flow in a negative manor? Or was that a bad edit?
mike tyson debunks this theory
I bet I’m asking a bunch of experts here lol but can anyone answer the question of if there could be health risks to someone who trained their neck a lot (fighters, football players etc) and began talking for a living?
Why would there be?
@@yoeyyoey8937 in the video he said if you talk for a living, don’t do heavy neck training. What if it was the other way around? Do the same risks apply if somebody has a muscular, trained neck and starts singing/talking.
@@Somethingstupid01 The main problem of having a thick neck is sleep apnoea, which makes your life shorter and can kill you.

My voice changed recently a few months ago after I've been with my woman for several months. I'm an adult and way past puberty. Any explanation? My guess is high testosterone.
