This episode had a continuity issue because in the actual wedding episode, the cake couple slid away under a piece of furniture so the writers sort of cheated on this one to ensure someone stepped on the cake couple in this episode, foreshadowing Piper’s and Leo’s future marital problems.

I came here to mention this. Towards the end of season 3 beginning of 4 Phoebe's hair is still blonde it's just a but more light blonde/brown, so Paige's comment is weird cause Phoebe had the exact same color hair 😂 I noticed the show made fun of Phoebe a lot for comedic expense
No. Phoebe never REALLY has an attraction to Leo and Leo already has his eyes on Piper ever since. Their relationship is more like i don't know, casual. I don't just see it. There was no attraction and/or romantic chemistry. Although, when Paige went back to the 60's, Leo hit on her. Lol
I think Phoebe definitely found him attractive but I don't truly think she wanted him, it was more little sister wanting what her big sister likes, and I assume that Piper and Phoebe have been like this for years, as they are a touch closer and probably have similar attraction in men.

I wouldn't call it a continuity issue, as it's Piper's memory and having Phoebe and Paige there could easily alter that memory magically.
