Never heard of "Pork" dressing but to each their own I just dont eat or feed my family pork. I make a well seasoned stock using a Turkey wing and chicken thighs. Chicken thighs shread so well in your dressing oh and just make some cornbread with cornmeal, flour, carnation milk, an egg, sugar and butter. But greens are pretty simple. Never heard of using "seasoned salt" in greens just smoked Turkey, chicken bullion "if needed" jalapeno pepper, hot sauce and a lil liquid smoke and some onion but I'm from Florida so everyone makes it differently. Yasss!! For the roasted sweet potatoes. The best way to cook them as boiling them boils out the nutrients and color.
