It makes me mad that everyone disregarded Jason's desires not to have a child. Why can't they try to understand his opinions on not wanting a child instead of trying all ways to convince him to have one?
I just caught up with this story. This is quite a good story about a Canadian who adjusts to the living in Korea for years and him and his Korean wife show their most support for each other to growing their marriage and raising dogs. The wife wants a baby and let these two enjoy a good life together. A thumbs up 👍
I like his story about the generosity of Koreans but I am sure Canadians are capable of the same too. I have seen it with my own eyes. I'm not Canadian btw.
It's not fair to put pressure on this couple to have children. Children r not for everyone. A lot of couples r opting not to have kids now. It's too hard.
Women do that all the time though. Before I decided to date my girlfriend, I explicitly stated no kids and no marriage as the conditions for a relationship. Through the years, she's pressured me on both despite initial agreement. I did not and will never give in. Now she understands my views and agree this is the most stress free way to live at least for both of us.
@@dennischen8887 men too. I really only wanted two and he agreed after much discussion while we were dating, but guess what? Yes we got our girl, but it made everything so much more difficult, and then she passed at 23 very suddenly.
I cant get my mind off that poor abandoned dog trotting around in heavy city traffic. I hope somebody was brave enough to stop and pick it up before something bad happened 😢
I love them so much 🥹 My parents have only paid for a dog once in my life (i’m 40 now😅) and we’ve always had at least 1 dog in the house. The one they paid for ($100) was basically to rescue her from the “breeder” cause she had so many problems at first….rescue dogs are amazing cause I feel like they know they’ve been rescued and they love you for it 🥰 They’re also like my parents in the way that he always says “no, i don’t think we should do that” when mom wants to do something (get any of our animals, landscape, go on a trip, etc), but then he ends up doing the most 😂 He’s always loved our dogs and cats almost more than mom, but he’s only ever wanted 1 of them over the years-back when I was 1 year old, apparently 😅
Great compassionate couple….Jason you are more than ready to have children…your precious pets and your love of animals have prepared both of you to be parents…I have no doubt…
So he had the courage to move to the other end of the world, live there for over 20 years and at the age of 46 he says that he is not ready to have a child, in fact raising a child is not an easy thing, but it is hard to get better conditions, having a flat, a steady income, he tried do some business that didn't work out, he's continuing to teach English, I feel sorry for his wife because honestly for her it's the last chance to have a baby
To the other end of the world?? Canada and Korea are not that far away. The other end for him were East Europe or Orient. And he has a Korean wife. So Korea ist along him... therefore he speaks fluently to work with cutomers. Amazing this man. Men also have the right to decide no kids. if she needs to have a baby she must find a father. Most women are getting pregnant without agreement. I think both are doing amazing.

@@blaqstar 32:50 to be fair, he never lead her on. She even said they both did not want kids but now she does. Its on her for changing what she wanted.
Props to him, I won't be able to do what he does. Being pressured to help out his wife's dog sitting business cleaning up poop, helping out at his in laws convenient store, and being pressured all the time by literally everyone around him to have children is not easy. Something tells me he would be more suited to stay single and go his own way or find someone who also doesn't want kids and marriage.
If they keep pressuring them to have children they won’t turn up to family meetings. This is what happened when my in laws said the same thing I just don’t want to turn up. I’d have kids if I could but I just don’t have the money.

its cause he reeks of pathethic man-baby issues, people are too selfish to have children nowadays. its a me-me-me kinda world ya know 🕺💃
The woman is so pretty and sweet and hard working. He's a very a lucky man. I wish them the best.
I hate when others try to convince someone who KNOWS doesn't want children to have one. Let people be child free if they want to!

What an amazing couple thank you for giving these abandoned dogs a second chance in life 🙏❤️
I can't tell you how much I really enjoy these videos. I feel like I get a realistic view of Korea
I'm from Canada too. Happy to see a Canadian for once in this show. He should see me on the show with Sam Okyere.....priceless!
Their is another one where she is a indie singer from Canada who lives in Korea on k doc somewhere
I’m Canadian and I loved travelling to Seoul… 😊

Anyone who really loves animals is really worth keeping
Please can we have a follow up on them in the near future
What a cute couple.
When it comes to babies, the No should win. Especially if the original agreement is no kids. It is disrespectful to force that on one’s partner.
That's what im thinking as well.

Loverly story Jason.
So weird, he's lost his Canadian accent and now sounds like a Korean speaking English.
HE IS ANOTHER one of those jews, indians, africans etc. who come to LIVE OFF US
That is linguistic adaptability.
