Looked up the founders thing. 30k ish and you get 40 year membership that gives you 10 days a year there, some other fees and of course a bunch of add ons etc.,

It was close to $400 a night, but that included the vip graceland passes. You can walk to the tour center in about 15 mins from the hotel or park there. I'm not sure how much because we walked it. The hotel does have a shuttle to and from. Also you can walk to the gates of Graceland and watch them open at 7:30am and walk up the driveway to the meditation gardens. We did and it was a beautiful experience..and free.

Went to Graceland, November 2023 and paid nearly 500 bucks for the guest house and there was no VIP in Graceland package included. I got ripped.

Fun fact: The Housekeeping has had many experiences on the 3 floor. Some over the years don't like doing those rooms. Things happen. Not a joke. 👻
