I just came up with the solution for these chases --- they need remote controlled spike strips embedded on the freeway onramps and offramps and some on the right and left shoulders, so they can spike the car tires from the helicopter and immediately retract them so no other cars effected. Will cost much less than paying for all the cop cars destroyed in the chases, not to mention the deaths of innocent victims.

Driving back home alone, my lights hit a fully naked man in the neighbors yard down the street from my house. We locked eyes, and he belted towards me. I drove past him and to a friends house because I didnt want him to know which house was mine. Terrifying.
He reached a top speed of 21 mph when he was running towards that white truck (and then he was clocked at 2 mph when he fell to the floor from the taser)

This "crazy" driver was twice outrun by other drivers! Anyone who's driven the eastbound 210 knows that the "crazy" driver is unfortunately just the typical run-of-the-mill ahole that drives that stretch of road.
So Calif police lost it. They just let the truck run wild and hit all those innocent cars. Then they didn't even have enough cars to covered the traffic lane or the lone CHP officer with the suspect. One main reason I quit and got out of So. Cal.
What police officers do not understand is a helicopter and/or police officers following Behind someone is the worst thing you can do... They know your there And they can see the spotlight... So what does that make them do wanna Speed up their car... Please officers could have avoided a lot of the Accidents here... In most cases there When I know someone's following them it gives them adrenaline... So cops need more training.... I have even heard where other cops have watched videos like this and even said they need more training..
