- Thursday, Senator rand Paul bashed HHS Sec. Becerra over vaccine mandate during a Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee hearing to examine school reopenings during Covid-19
He said he wasn’t familiar with the Israel study. Then later says we have looked at the study in Israel. What does that tell you? He is a liar!

I can't believe that I have to clarify this but to say that you're not familiar with something that you later reference with familiarity by saying his team has looked at it, is in fact a contradiction.
He did not say he hasn't studied the specifics or anything of that nature because admitting any familiarity would imply knowledge of the main takeaway from the study that even the average lay person could glean just from hearing
about it.

The scientific reality is that all immunity is natural immunity. It doesn’t matter if you get a live virus, or the old vaccine made of a weaken virus, a dead virus, or a piece of a dead virus it’s all the same natural immunity. The new vaccine triggers your cells to create a piece of the virus’ protein, which triggers a natural immune response. Either way your body “naturally” develops an immunity to the same set of molecules found in the virus or vaccine. Your body doesn’t know if it’s a real virus or if it’s lab made, it’s only responding to the same intruder molecule. However, depending on lots of variables, your health, the amount of virus that entered your body, how long you were sick for, the amount of damage the virus did to your body, etc etc, your immunity’s response to future exposure of the virus is just as varied as the condition of your illness and the strength of your recovery. The idea of a vaccine is to create an immunity to a virus without getting sick, or without having life long damage to your kidneys, lungs or brain tissues or death due to exposure to a live virus. This natural immunity conversation is a bogus distraction from how immunity actually works, the results are the same only the people are different.

What he was clearly saying is that we listen to such and such and follow their advice. Any advice to the contrary we will not even consider as those we take advice from know better. Rand was correct to call his departments stance as arrogant and totalitarian. No other studies come near the Israeli study in numbers and are mostly only several thousand in number of subjects studied compared to 2+ million. Am no scientists etc but know which study I would be paying most attention to.
Again as Rand said for 18 months Doctors/Nurses etc have treated patients, saved lives and caught and died from the virus with many surviving only to be told that now we have a vaccine you can no longer do your job unless vaccinated. The natural immunity issue should not even need to be considered.

I probably don’t agree with him on many issues but he is killing it on the issue
of vaccinations and medical freedom and choice. We are tired of the CDC and FDA’s tyranny.
Can we produce a law, whereby a politician, who ignores a question and proceeds to not answer it but rather to babble on about mildly related things would be instantly pulled out of the hall and prosecuted. I think that would quickly change how they speak. Very quickly.
More people need to see things like this. That being said I am getting sick of these things being speaches...

@@michaelthurston7479 he practices as an eye doctor, but he is actually a physician, meaning he can go into other fields of medicine and still understand them, fun fact, all physicians can be doctors, but not all doctors can be physicians - physicians are the M.D. and D.O. graduates, so while you have his current chosen practice correct, you are actually wrong about his education. he also has experience as an eye surgeon, so he probably has more than the needed credentials to stitch up a cut - perhaps you should do a bit more research on a person, before assuming you know all there is to know.
also if it turns out that he is misguiding the public and twisting the facts, you should assume malice, not ignorance because he is a Doctor and should know better....

I rarely applaud politicians lecturing Witnesses rather than questioning Witnesses. I'll make an exception for senator Paul lecturing and authoritarian attorney dictator.
I concur, he is the first politician that appears to have any simblanece of genuine concern for upholding the law's and basic human rights. Very refreshing, during this vast cesspool of deception,greed, dishonesty surrounding the entire COVID plandemic.
I 100% agree! It's very perplexing to me why they are brushing over natural immunity. Some studies I've seen suggest anywhere between 8 months and 18 months protection from natural immunity, Where as the Pfizer vaccine starts to dwindle after 3 months. I can't help but think what a blessing this must be to the pharmaceutical industry. Imagine all the people that will be forced to take a product thereby making you more money. Since this is endemic, this virus is going to be a cash cow for drug companies from here on out.

@@rba5567 my understanding is that I have had covid. I will NEVER require a vaccine for it because I now have IMMUNITY from it. Like I will NEVER get mumps or chickenpox again because I HAD THEM ALREADY. Nobody is looking at how long it lasts, but I am NOT afraid to be around people who have mumps or chickenpox because I am NOW IMMUNE AND WILL BE FOR MY LIFETIME. Please DO note that I am NOT talking about variants, the jury will be out on ALL of this for some time to come because it is in the hands of POLITICIANS - what a crime. I should also mention that I have NEVER had a flu shot. I get sick every few years and that strengthens my immunity to the flu. I have never been hospitalized because of it, nor was I hospitalized because of covid

The vaccine costs about $20 a dose. Is that really big money? The problem with saying natural immunity is ok is 1. There are mixed results from studies (including a study from Rand's state that show naturally infected are more likely to get reinfected than the vaccinated. 2. How do you prove that someone has been naturally infected? 3. There will be some people who won't get vaccinated because they're "young and healthy" since they know they can get by with just natual immunity but some of them won't be fortunate enough to use that immunity card
