Useful vid, I've had to do this a few times myself.
I feel inclined to mention that i was told by my friends who worked as computer repair technicians, that magnetic screwdrivers (or anything else magnetic) should not be used on computers or any other type of circuit boards because it could damage them. They would even use these antistatic wristbands that would attach to the computer case to earth themselves to avoid damaging the electronics.

Can you swap out L2 and R2 triggers with this method?

Yep, the pack comes with all the silicone inserts for all the buttons, never needed to on my triggers tho.
