I bought this album on vinyl after hearing this track on a Belgian radio station. I knew it was a lifer straight away and bought two more. At 54 I'm near unsealing the last one. I'm still struck by it's beautiful expression.
A wonderful rendition of the greatest tenor player and the other guys with him. Yet it's one of many terrific presentations by so many great players. The tune became a part of my soul when I was working -- how could it not?
Stan Getz..the most poignant..lyrical jazz saxophone player to ever existed for my money. This album shines brightly !

This album is a must. Like from heaven
Stan Getz (t sax), Kenny Barron (p), George Mraz (b) and Victor Lewis (d) in 1986.

On rehearing: Stan & Kenny, two masters, lined by life but freeing their expression all the more.
So smooth!!!...:)0(:...
This tune is not so easy. Played by a quartet of masters.
