I LOVE looking at people's Grimoires and magical books on youtube (I like exploring new ideas for my own and seeing what sort of subjects ppl are researching and utilizing in their craft) but a very common theme in most of the flipthrough videos is they're typically very flowery, pretty, sparkly, nature or fairies or moon goddesses, very love and light sort of stuff (and this is NOT a judgement, they're all creative and lovely). It's just kinda nice to see something that isn't a book of Edwardian fluff for a change XD something that isn't afraid to speak to the darker half of the human experience. :) Great work, well done!! HUGE book
I really appreciate it. I worked hard on this book. I've been through so many, but none of them could hold all of my information. So when I came across this book...with lines...I had to get it. I work with the light, but I flourish in the dark.

I am not sure where I will work most but an going to be very eclectic as I want to incorporate norse mythology in mine as the music of that part of the world as well as celtic music resonates with me. My heritage is irish scottish (my dad's side of the family) and british (my gran) and french indian (my grandad) on my mom's side. I have been listening to a lot of Peyton Parrish music and it seems to calm me more than what I expected so it plays on a loop in my car.
i love watching witch book flip thrus while doing other stuff, but seriously no one's book has made me stop & stare like yours!! i am so amazed by how jam-packed it is!! you said it's 800 pages.. it's full.. & i was like suuuure ok like it's gonna have big empty spots... it does not tho!! also it's so beautifully done. i'm officially sold on stickers looking good in witch books now too!
Thank you. I had no other choice but to use stickers and printed images. I wish I could draw better, but that's not a talent I have. But yes, there are thousands of different witchcraft, moon phases, tarot cards and more stickers available on Amazon and Wish.
Ah. Im from West TN myself. About 80 miles from Memphis. Thats the most impressive Book of Shadows Ive seen and Ive been binging though a lot of these types of videos lately.

Also love the stencil font you use for titles/drop caps! Looking through this feels like reading DK Eyewitness books as a kid. Totally inspiring~

Happy Lammas! Thank you. I've always had a neat handwriting. But my main focus is making sure whoever gets my book after I die, will be able to fully understand everything and perform their workings.
What a lovely BOS book you have created. It is beautiful. I have been wanting to create my BOS for a while now and I do take notes into a smaller note book, for when I do start... when I find the book I think will suit me , or maybe make my own. I love the little ball bottles to place on the tree idea.. Lol I love the Moon goddess for a long time now and your pages there have inspired me with more ideas. You used a quote which I use often, which made me laugh along with you... when you said, " many moons ago", lol.. I do say that very often too 🙂...I love how you have the pages of `Rituals and then prayer pages.. Very informative video, inspiring too, lovely detail. Can I ask? I searched Etsy for BOS with lines. Unfortunately, I don't think the company still makes these, but there are others on Etsy that offer lined paper. I can't write in a straight line. So I had to get one with lines.
Godric, may I ask if you coloured sections with ink or pencil before writing. It's very effective in drawing the eye to different aspects of the topic. I'm very inspired to create my own book now
Some are colored by markers, or colored pencils. And then others I used construction paper for background color. But I purchased this book online from Etsy. I loved it that they gave me an option to have lined or blank pages. And there are many different types of books that can come with colored pages and even tea or coffee dyed.
I just found your channel last night and I love watching your BOS videos. I love the descriptions you come up with when it comes to certain topics in your book. I am interested in how you set your BOS up as well. I am using an old scrapbook and trying to figure out how to decorate the front of it. I have a witches cabinet and my grimoire covered with celestial images but would like my BOS to be covered differently. I will likely use a lot of stickers too cause I can't draw to save my life. I will likely also use my cricut to draw stuff with the pens. Where by chance did you but this book from?

Make a plain deck of playing cards your book. If your cards get discovered, burn them and start over with another. You’ll learn what you need to though and eventually that information is etched in your brain. Speak power over your cards and keep them with you. May not a soul interfere with your connection to the divine. And so it is. 🌑

Agreed. I designed my book to be beneficial for any reader. So when I die, anyone can pick it up and learn
