hey Alois, "resetting" your PC doesnt help in many situations if you want to proof or disproof a Windows Issue you have to Format your Drive (usually c:\) entirely (NO QUICKFORMAT) whilest you reinstall Windows from Scratch

no way a 5900x + 3080ti is struggling like it is, 100% has to be a hardware issue. Idk if you need to reseat your coolers on both cpu and gpu, or clean out your case/fans. Check your harddisk, you could be chugging from that being too full too(but less likely). You said you reset everything, but still could check ALL of the driver's again. Love your content otherwise dude.

100% is a bold assumption based on nothing. The first thing you try to eradicate from the equation is a Windows issue. Alois just set his windows back which does change nothing if you have kernel / driver or systemical issues. IF he formats his ssd and runs a clean installation THEN you can start sorting out hardware issues. I have a way weaker system than him and i can run LoL smoothly on 240 FPS

with his specs being as good as they are, not only is that not likely to make any difference, im also sure it is something he has tried. its something more than can just be fixed with a setting change, it could be a hardware issue, or even just some weird conflicting interaction, like something plugged into usb bugging his performance out. the most interesting thing is he said he only experiences it while streaming, so i would look heavily into my OBS setting if i was him
you should try what happened to agurin, his mouse literally was making his game lag somehow, he swapped mice and bam back to 240fps 0 drops.
yeah for some reason league cant handle basically anything over 1k dpi, so just set that to like 800 and change in game sensitivity
Have you tried playing around with your overlays, twitch, discord, geforce. All of those can have impact on fps in any game.

Alois I have the same problem with fps. Just bougth a new pc and the problem is still there :(
bro im playing at 60 fps in early fi nothing else is working in background. In late game teamfights i got 15-20fps.
Does it run any differently full screen vs borderless?

Also check your part warranties, not smart to drop a ton of cash even tho you can if you can just send stuff form rma.

It can be messed up gpu drivers, a mouse/keyboard app going haywire, a bunch of random things could be causing this.
