- Now this is one classy cruiser! On the lot now is this 1972 Monte Carlo, and Coyote Classics is more than happy to offer it to you for your consideration. This is a two-owner car, with the pervious owner having owned this car since 1975! With plenty of options such as factory air conditioning, power brakes, power steering and more, classic cars don't get much better than this in ways of comfort. Powered by a big 350 C.I. V8 breathing through a 4-barrel carburetor, this 1972 Monte definitely isn't trading comfort for power at all. Torque from the 350 gets to the rear end through a 3-speed automatic providing smooth-shifting. The bronze paint is buffed to a brilliant shine and is complimented by the matching tan vinyl top, adding to the '70s feel of this 1972 Monte Carlo. The brown and woodgrain interior is believed to be incredibly original with the exception of a period correct (early '80s) updated AM/FM/Cassette stereo. The vinyl brown bucket seats are incredibly comfy, giving one the feeling of cruising down the freeway in a La-Z-Boy couch. Options on this '72 Monte include the aforementioned '80s updated AM/FM/Cassette stereo (that works), factory air conditioning, power brakes, power steering, factory gauges, and a nice-sounding dual exhaust system. The car rides on some great-looking steel rally wheels on top of another great set of Cooper Cobra Radial GT RWL tires. If you're in the market for an incredibly original, stylish and powerful cruiser, then look no further. This '72 Monte Carlo is just what you're looking for.

I owned this car and had it painted back in 1975. I purchased from the original owner and factory paint wasn't great plus the vinyl top had moisture bulge at rear on both sides. Pulled the vinyl top trim, peel back the vinyl top and sealed up those bulge areas. The car was only three years old at that point. I raised the suspension, had a complete repaint but had it painted slightly darker than factory. Always loved this combination and I drove it a couple of years before selling it to...what else, buy something else. This is one of those I wish hadn't gotten away from me. This is an excellent car and the previous owner kept it in great shape. (Those chips and dings weren't there when I sold it to him...think those came from kids in his garage!!) 👍
These first-generation Monte Carlos were without a doubt one of the best-looking cars of the 70s and this one is a prime example.
I had a 1970 with those same 5 slot mag wheels. 15s in the rear and 14s in the front gave it a nice rake. Mine was dark blue but I had it repainted to something similar to the mid 80s IROC-Z Camaro blue. No vinyl top on mine. No chrome trim other then the windows and bumpers. Black cloth bucket seats. Took out the factory center console and put in a B&M ratchet shifter. The 350ci motor was replaced with a small block 400ci bored .030 over (406ci) that had around 400hp. All engine parts from Summit Racing. This, of course, was back in the early 90s when parts were affordable.
Wow a great Classic Monte Carlo !!
I love the stance as well. I love muscle cars that sit a bit high
One of my top dream cars. I was born in 72
Digging that 3 ft long fan shroud! 💪👍
I had a 1972 Pontiac Grand Prix. Like the Monte...remove the fan cowl and you could stand between the radiator and the fan and replace a water pump, timing chain, etc.
Sharp looking Monte Carlo very nice car 😎
Paint looks good, A chip here or there is ok, I just hate rust bubbles & don't see any. The car sits up a few inches high for me but I love the early Montes.
Love that body style of Monte! Where do you guys find all these cars to sell?
Gimme that got damn car
72 Carlos are so cool
A nice big block and full exhaust....all I need to make it my daily driver
I remember a friend of mine taking off the fan shroud so he could climb in there and replace his timing chain and those fibre timing gears.
I like the 73 with the 454 and swivel bucket seats.
Love the monte carlo car
26,000.00 dollars tops not 32,000.00 like you have it for alot of miles on it 98,000 its a nice original Monte but has some flaws ! Its just my opinion ❗❗👍👍👆✌❗🏁
Beautiful love it
Nice Monte Carlo.
That's my dream car .
How much did you guys sell this for?
"Buffed it for 2 1/2 days" and still covered in swirls. Is Stevie Wonder your Detailer?
My Nova has those buff swirl marks from the body shop. Its actually from letting the buff wheel get too dry.
How are the engine mounts?
Had a 73 in atomic Orange black interior.
I hate the stance, and the wheels, but somebody sure took great care of that Monte, my friend had a 70 , white with that same interior and I always loved that car, they were luxurious. It is amazing how nice the trim and interior and body panels have been pampered through the years. I would drop that stance to stock and put Corvette rallys on it, that thing is a head turner, I like the gold. Great vidoes guys.
NICE👍🏿
Burn oil?
nice 😀
👀...👍🔥😎🔥👍
Hey the guys over at maple motors would be trying to get at least 40k for that car lol…
$$price??
Wrong combination of wheels and tires, Throw a set of corvette rally's or some corvette aluminum's correct the stance. OTHERWISE a Very Very nice ride.. No doubt.
That's a nice one but I am sad for the guy that sold it to them. There must have been a reason.
I got $5,000 cash for the car.
Yes or no
Never herd of this place until now was watching maple motors for one what’s the bottom price and where in Iowa
We are located in greene iowa. You can find a link to our website in the top comment
Same here. Got suggested this because I watch Maple Motors. Hopefully it becomes a trend. Thouroughly and well presented classic cars for affordable prices.
These guys have quality cars at good prices. Maple Motors sell’s overpriced junk.
@@robc909 I'm no expert but I spend a considerable amount of time scouring ads for classic cars all over the internet. Autotrader Classics, Hemmings, FB Marketplace, and Craigslist mostly. Both local and nationwide. It has been my observation that Maple Motors typically comes in on the low end.
I bet the horn works on this car though.
