North Country Trail | 2024 Hike 4 | Our Stay at Bin Walkin and Lowell Hike

- April 2024 - Ronda and I stayed at Bin Walkin the night before a hike from Fallasburg Park south to Lowell Greenspace parking on Segwun Rd. Buck and Jenny were so wonderful and hospitable. They made us a delicious meal, and Buck gave me a tour of the place for you all to see. We also were surprised by some severe weather while there, but we made it out alive! :)
I can't wait to go back to the Bin again. Just to see some of the details that I overlooked. You did a great job capturing the details on the video that I don't remember seeing. Lydia and I enjoyed watching it.

Nice Bin!! That was definitely the truck we rode in... he definitely was our trail angel that night!😇 that section was hilly!

What a great tour! I must have walked by this while hiking. What's the closest intersection?
It's not right on the trail, it's about 2 miles to the east near 64th street in Alto (south of Lowell). Bin Walkin has a FB page you can check out for more info. They love having NCT hikers stay there and even just stop by to visit and check out the bin if you contact them through their page. :)
