After his interview and arraignment mysteriously, he got lost in the prison system meaning you can't find him. He never had his day in court. That means he is under FBI care. When he went to court for his arraignment hearing he kept telling the judge, i need to talk to the FBI, I need to talk to the FBI, I need to talk to the CIA and I think when the FBI talked to him it matched up with stuff they were already looking into Daddy for and they put him in their witness protection program
