I wasn't interested in this at first, but after seeing build videos, I'm really warming up to it. It's a good combination of Gundam Hi-Nu Vrabe and Exia Amazing in MG scale. This is actually a great homage to Meijin Kawaguchi. I might actually buy it now.
After watching the video, I just realized, this isn't just an MG kit, this is comparable to MGEX. I'm completely blown away with how detailed and complex this is.

i bought the sky defender....the quailty is better than bandai model....and its cheaper and the design also way better....

Where to book?
I’m waiting for mine to arrive from a ship to save on shipping costs. I like everything except the large head crown, which can be easily customized.
The head bother me too but we can alway order resin to replace it with HI NU head if it bother too much 😂

From my experience this is a really good n premium kit, no issue, book very clear, plastic like MGEX Bandai but decide for yourself 😁will do a comparison soon 👍
nice build, can you make size comparisons with other model kits? I'm planning on buying it and want to make sure it's not too tall for the display case

Does it feel like it's going to get floppy over time?
Can't say for long long term but they actually give u metal parts for the waist /feet /arm connector it help in case the plastic one is loose or break but from want am testing, the arm n legs are pretty good.
hyper mega bazooka might also look good with this even tho the biggest scale available is 1/100
we got the HI V NU resin for but it got sold before parts arrived xD

Great video! Did putting the metal pieces lead to any fitment issues and how long was both building the whole thing and using the main decals?
no fitness issue with the metal,like 10 days.usinig only the decals it came with.
Did you encounter any issues while building or at least an issue that a beginner builder would have trouble?
No issue but you have to follow the manual book carefully, it tell u very clearly. Sometimes just my fast hands, mistook the POM n PC, they supposed to go where it suppose to, not mix each other 😁 don't mix it up like me
It very beginner friendly case the book very clear how to,just don't mix the POM n PC together and if you don't plan to paint just put the metal in it 👍

They alr had resin for the head and shield 😁 buy it then turn into Hi Nu completely haha

Why matte finish? I plan to do 1:2 ratio of gloss to dull coat for he main armor, just to give a small amount of shine, but the accent parts are getting a full gloss coat to make them stand out
@@tsukasaoftheazuresky I did full matt for my PG strike freedom. It adds a little realism to it making it look like it’s painted without painting.

absolute gorgeous kit! i was wondering if you did not received the metal parts or i actually missed it in the video?
the kit itself looks like very tight on the joints and the connecting pegs, which means need to be careful to those who planned to custom paint the kit.
on the other note, the color of the kit looks amazing too. i gotta say i really love the gold color as it is really stands out quite well.

Yes I received the metal parts but planning to paint the kit later, so not yet put it, will after it done. It is a really nice kit 😁 it really worth the money

Smooth, zero issue.
This looks good but aside from this model kit and along with the others. they have all the same design language, POINTY/SHARP/EDGY, too many things are happening.
Looks amazing! idk how you managed all 1k+ parts in 10 days. Btw are the metal etched parts part of the first batch bonus?
I dunno but I think it come with all the kit not just first batch coz it make to be put on the kit as in the manual book. Just straight build plus the kit is very solid so no issue to be delay and most parts are undergated.

no issue at all unless you make it a mistake yourself because the book tell you very clearly how to assemble it,no snap fit issue whatsoever.it is a very solid kit.

It maybe because I moved too much when posing that why it leave a gap, just press it back, it normal. No issues.

no,it came sticky like stickers,just peel n put on.

Would really love to paint this kit but I'm afraid I break everything when I have to take it apart. Last time I did a chinese kit it was a nightmare because all the small pegs were so delicate..
it like a 50/50 every kit xD
@@urhobbystation I'm into this hobby now for a little more than a year so I haven't build a ton of kits, but right now I never had any problem with taking bandai kits apart. Then I bought and build 2 kits by Motor Nuclear and decided to paint one of them and taking that apart was like I said a true nightmare. Now I'm a little afraid of buying chinese kits even if they look gorgeus.
the worse thing about taking apart this kit is the wing connectors coz it tight and secure but with bit force it came apart no issue.i take mine apart no issue.

Snap no issue, just becareful not to mix POM N PC together n put in the wrong. Plastic is like MGEX Bandai 😁
