if you have content manager then just drag the zipped mod file over the content manager window and drop it, if not then find cars folder in your assetto corsa directory (Steam\steamapps\common\assettocorsa\content\cars) and unzip/extract the car folder from the mod file you downloaded, there's also a plenty of videos on yt on how to do it
