I saw a few HD-DVDs at Goodwill, and I saw some people doing openings to them, but they didn’t work.
That's an issue with the Warner Bros. discs, they don't work after a certain period because Warner (and Fox) had a very, *very* flawed disc manufacturing disc plant throughout 2005-09 that impacted those releases and regular DVDs from that time.
I tried to upload the opening to this HD-DVD and I failed to do so!
So Far, This Is The Only HD DVD That I Own.
