Abul hassan al ashari is one of our greatest scholars... Allah bless us with all our scholars . (Atharis, asharis & maturidis). They are all ahlu-sunnah wal jama'ah... I inclined my self between Atharis, Asharis (&maturidis) 💙🩵💚💛🩷💜
These lectures are so informative in the actual facts that it teaches of course. But I love stories related about other greats of our time like Habib Umar. I'm so drawn to this man and his character, and those who follow him. It was really fascinating to hear Dr Shadee say that Habib Umar considered Salahuddin, Nur-ad-Din Zengi and Abulhassan al Ashari to be kings, qatba and abdal

The hadith in kitabul imam by ibn abi shaybah the prophet asked her أين الله ؟ where is allah... She said في السماء in the heaven... then who asked who am i am? She said the messenger of Allah...he then said free her for Verily She is a believer..... but we don't in lnterpert this literally...why because the samaa is created.. how can he be inside something he created...but the answer of the slave girl was an elementary question one asks because maybe she was young etc.. meaning if she believes God is in heaven she is negating that God is pieces of woods and stones on the earth being worshipped ...
honestly i saw no issue with this hadith when i first saw it, becoz let's say Allah is everywhere with his iLm, so that would include above the heavens as well. It says nothing that negates Allah is with us as well, just as he's above the heavens. This hadith sounded very accurate if you take it literally or metaphorically. @@theghazalianway

As Salam alaikum, I've never see a beloved brother talk about Abul Hasan Al ashari radi Allah 'anhu without being in a great joy! Al hamdullilah!
Found you on blogging theology. Mashallah excellent work for the ummah.
بارک اللہ فی عمرک
Think Dr Shadee here comes across as more passionate about the Ash'ari creed/approach than I've seen him in any other podcast or any other topic
Jazakallahu khair Sheikh, really benefiting from this series.
SubhanAllah ❤
Salaams. This is very helpful. Thank you.🤲
There are lots of commentators in the vlogosphere that are very anti Ash'ari and Maturidi. I am looking forward to listening to this.
