    Hi Sabeer Sir,
    Your training tutorials are extremely simple and fruitful. I would like to get training from such a great teacher to make photo realistic 3D visuals from AutoCad and, if required along with other 3d software. In our office we use AutoCad 3D (Version 15) and Sketchup.

    Hello Sabeer.
    I have been watching your tutorial, however there are few things which I would like to clarify
    1)- You just assign colour to the roof, walls...etc But what about assigning material and bump
    2) what about importing in this model materials such as trees and flowers and things like lights...etc from Evermotion
    3)- You had promised to put on line how to make sliding windows in autocad 3d
    Thanks

    • @sabeercad
      @sabeercad  9 років тому

      1. First we create materials for individual objects and assign them . But this material will have only diffuse color in it. Later on we can make chages on this , like giving textures , bump etc. This will get reflected on the object . I have adopted the same procedure in my tutorials.
      2. I have not tried to import materials from evermotion to 3dsmax yet.
      3. I will make such a tutorial . But it will be on a priority basis.

    hello tahnx for the video. but i want to know which one is better?
    1. modelling in autocad 3d and then import the model in 3DMAX?
    2.import the 2D file from autocad and model in 3DMAX?
    which one is faster? easier? more accurate? more professional?!
    Thanks

    • @sabeercad
      @sabeercad  9 років тому +1

      The first option. Because Autocad is an Engineers tool using which we can create objects with speed and accuracy. To achieve the same level of accuracy in 3dmax you have to put in more effort .

    Hi...I have a rhino model.I exported it as a dwg file. then I imported it to 3dsmax.some parts of my model turned into splines but they had to be solid because in rhino they were solid! what should I do with this problem? I want to render my model in 3dsmax but because of this problem I cant! ... and another thing is that when I export the rhino model as 3ds. format all the layers which I had created in rhino are gone in 3dsmax and there are lots of objects in the left panel of 3dsmax and it makes hard to select all the windows or all the frames ... . What should I do to solve these problems? thanks a lot

      In AutoCAD you have to set the FACETRES variable to 10 and while you import the Model in the import dialogue box you have to set Curve Steps to 100 and Maximum Surface deviation to 0.01 . , Then all the curves in the Model will be displayed as smooth .
