It is cheaper, it has as perpetual as anual license, autocad has only anual. 3D modeling has more features, and more importante, it has a version for linux!

It renders fast because it looks like shit.
And it's not even fast.
Even SolidWorks E-Drawings looks better and that is real time rendering with about 120 frames per second.
