Thank you Kate for the Deconstruction lesson and samples. You have a most pleasant manner of speaking and tone of voice.

Kate! I just can not get enough of this amazingness!! I've been hooked for the last 5 years when you first did the MRAW Belly band... and now this is just bending my mind! I'm so excited to get back home within a few weeks so I can get my hands on my beads and become a bead brain for a few days. I can't wait to try all of this. Very clear on your instructions by the way!

I’m so tickled to see how this comes about in real life. So many ideas...love the nested triangle. The podcast bead is useful in multiple sizes. Looking forward to the book!

I can't believe you had complaints about the birdsong.. I loved hearing them, I'm making my first podcast bead, thank you for the video, your work is amazing.

People generally complain about everything, I find.
Thanks for your comment, it's nice to have you beading with us.

I loved your Tri-Wing Ring video because when something “happened”, you spoke more slowly and stopped for a moment to zoom in and show what was going on. Would be great to see that for this video. Although I think I got it, it’s only because I’ve now made three pods, etc. I’ve watched this twice to make sure I understood, and stopped it several times. The focus was also better.
Thank you so much for the information! As much as it would be great to see close-ups of the action, it is still a very helpful video. Sometimes I like seeing the video and then looking at the book to compare, so this is perfect.

Yup totally plan to add a Real Video for this, with closeups. We're doing a BeadALong in a Facebook group, and so it was important to get an overview of the techniques up so people could "get" Deconstruction and why we are making the PodCast. Thanks!

We will shoot a series of professional videos to accompany our new book release, in the meantime, this is me being helpful (for free) and trying to do my best - you will find a lot more information, photographs and tutorials at our web site, and in our books:
In our books, and on our web site. All of our technical information is free.

I really appreciate all your videos but the camera is so far away from your hands it is VERY difficult to see what you are doing. Hope next time you could zoom in a little.

It's interesting that the Droid I used to shoot this one isn't as good at it as my older IPhone, but I did shoot this in high definition - if you are watching at that quality, try zooming in. I agree that it would be good to have more tight shots. I plan to replace the entire catalog of CGB videos with a series of professionally shot 10 minute shorts. What I've really been waiting for is to fuly understand the forms. I am shocked it's taken me seven years. Wow!

We will continue to progress though our experiments to a finished book with matching, professionally shot videos for each step of the way. Right now, it is the team of artists (mostly me really) who are doing the photography and videos, and we try our best, but don't always succeed. Take a look at the newer Deconstruction videos and see what you think! We just posted a whole series for a new experiment.
For example, please consider this one?
