What you want is a different category, which is a Fresh Save speedrun. If the game has a dedicated speedrun mode, it's perfectly fine to use it for a speedrun category.

One of the techs allows all the accords to work at the same time.

iirc you can only unlock speedrun mode after beating the game
It’s the speedrun mode after you beat the game. You start with 20 talent points

This was like loading to the last dungeon save in Skyrim and calling it a speedrun when you beat it.
