Choosing paper takes me a year, year and a half. Then actually cutting the paper takes another lifetime. O dont even get me started on embellishments. Your tips are very, very helpful❤
Awww, I definitely understand the struggle. Choosing paper and embellishing take the longest for me. I hope this helps speed things ip, though! You got this!
Loving this series and how you're going through each process in detail. So fun that you are doing this - and getting to see the "real life" behind the scenes of scrapbooking videos.
Thanks so much! It’s been a lot of fun. Even though it’s a lot to record every day, I’m finding it easier in some ways and less daunting than finding time to create a full layout and then edit it and make sure everything is “perfect.” 😊
You are so welcome! I’m glad you’re enjoying. It’s been nice to have the time to explain things more thoroughly since each step is broken down i to different videos!
When you put that composition notebook patterned paper back there I was like “yes that’s the one”! It’s fun to see each piece of this process coming together.
It was enlightening to see how you organize your stamps and paper packs. Reminds me I need to devote some of my craft budget for organizing supplies as well as time to use them. Thanks for a fun series! I'm learning so much!
I think that the three photos cut down might look good on thin black mats to lift them off the paper & I prefer the cork board at this stage as it fits the theme. Eg; many of us had cork boards where we would pin photos of the kids!! So I am looking forward to see what you end up doing!
It’s so fun with the rainbow colors, right?! The paper pack is called Smarty Pants and was from Close to my Heart several years ago. CTMH went out of business (although this paper was already retired) but you may be able to find it online from someone selling it. Sorry I don’t have better news to find it!
Enjoying this series. Thank you. Question. When you were looking for paper, you were flipping through hanging files with 12x12 paper in them. What are these drawers. I have one cropper hopper rolling file and need more room. Help!
This is the closest I found. Looks like they don’t have the big drawers anymore, it was part of this system. But this is similar to what I have my xmas paper in: www.michaels.com/product/16-white-modular-5-panel-cube-by-simply-tidy-10624092?michaelsStore=1610&inv=2

I got those from Michaels years ago, they may still have them as part of their cube system.

Here’s one I just found in Amazon that looks even better! amzn.to/4e3Vc6b
