Lots of water to flush out the system per usual after a massage but when sick even more water. But I rarely, if ever do that, though I always wear a mask when getting a massage I do not want to get the therapist sick. Don't want to mess up their livelihood by getting them sick. But Lord knows I would love a massage then.
