That’s it! Looks amazing. Loving following along as I said, have just been binging these this morning. 😍 appreciate you sharing. Itching to get out for a ride now on mine.
Now I totally get the harley vibes from the bike I always wanted a shovel head but those days are gone then the world of cafe racer appeared I love the history behind them and come Jan I finally get my bike and other than motor frame and wheels I have plans on changing alot of the bits to fit me
I’m going for the Scrambler theme on mine. Big knobby tires, Himalayan windshield, high front fender, AEW 2 into 1 exhaust, etc. just takes time and money. Like your video style, I wish I could do the same.
Lovely set up. Having the inty yoke on the bike is literally a night and day difference. I’m tempted to set up some clip ins so I can alternate but every time I ride in London it’s just a no brainer to stay upright.
Dont hate me but not a fan of the new bars compared to the clip ons. I know they're likely more comfortable, but to me, it makes it go from a cafe to a tracker in look. A tracker is just not my type no offense meant. Either way happy you've made it your own.
I agree it does go from cafe racer to tracker! No offense taken at all! To be honest I think I prefer the look with clip ons it too it does look awesome and maybe I will swap them back once I move back to london and/or get a second bike! As this is my only mode of transport/daily going tracker just makes sense for long trips, 2 up riding etc etc!
How did you swap out the bars, with an Interceptor bar riser kit? I have a GT650 and want to replace the stock clip-ons with a drag handle bar. Love your channel!
Hey man so you'll need the interceptor top yoke, bar risers and clamps and then all the screws and bits to fit it all together. have a look at my EP13 I take you through all the parts I bought to do it! You can get a complete conversion kit from Hitchcocks for about £250 I think!
Bike looks great with those bars, but I'm wondering if the foot controls would need to be swapped as well to make standing up a bit easier for actual scrambling? I've been debating Conti vs Interceptor for my next bike and seeing this, I think the answer is a tank-swapped Interceptor rather than a bar-swapped Continental. Subbed.
I was wondering/worried about the same thing with the foot rests but honestly the GT position with these bars is more than fine! Actually feels really good! But yeah could be easier/cheaper to do it the other way around swapping tank! Depends if a cheap GT popped up a few hundred less than Inti could be worth it!! Thanks for comment and sub bro appreciate it!
I did not! however there is not a low of give left so probably should do the swap at some point when I can be bothered haha! But just about made it work with the stock GT one :D
Hi Jordy, did you have to change anything like the top yoke and handlebars? My dealer told me that I also need to change the brake and clutch cables. My RE is a 2023 model
@@panpieklo hey mate yeah I did pop the interceptor clutch cable on in the end. Didn’t have to do the brake cables at all they have loads of give! So yeah top yoke, bar risers and clamps, handlebars, clutch cable all from an interceptor and all perfectly fit on GT
What you have achieved in a month is incredible mate. Fantastic looking bike. Agree about the knobbly tyres. That would look 👌 You seem really comfortable making these mods. Are you self taught? You touched upon a history with Harleys. Could you expand on that maybe in a future episode? Look forward to the 2nd Chapter. Good luck to you mate.
Only my opinion, but... 😂 The biggest detail to let the interceptor ang GT down is the piggy back shocks, i think they look out of place on such a classic style of bike. The bars will transform the comfort. My recent two and a half hour ride to the Yorkshire Dale's on my interceptor was very comfy apart from that god awful standard seat😂😂
Yeah I agree actually! I like the look of the Hagon Shocks, maybe I'll have to get a set! Yeah the comfort I literally feel like I could ride to the othercside of the world tomorrow!

Man your channel is chill as hell and I’m here for it. Good vibes from Louisiana 🙏🏻
Thanks big dog!! Love ✌
Hi Jordy, I really love the set up of your Continental Gt, and the stunning landscapes. So can I ask you the final song grazie ciao 🙂

Love the bars. Looks class!
Thanks big doggy

Surprised how much I like the new bars, gives off Steve McQueen vibe
I thought this too! Steve McQueen on triumph vibe! Haha
Maybe clubman bars. Will give you the mounting points for the camera you are looking for but maintain the look of the bike.
sorry, havent followed along that well.what handle bar did you go for? i think baak since you mentioned longer cables?

Tire wise, go with the Dunlop Mutants if you’re not actually going off road often. Best road tire with a scrambler look.
No 18" rear option. Man Cave Moto rebuilt his rear to 17 and fitted mutants and they do look good.
@@sd3457 what a shame. I just put a set on my speed triple (I ride in the rain and gravel) and they are wonderful.

What do you think about the K-Speed Diablo Exhaust?
I love the header pipes on the K speed exhaust!
Looks great with the bars , but I am an interceptor owner 😊
Thanks man :D great bike choice!!
Did you have to use the longer clutch cable?

Are you sure you want the short exhaust? It will look front heavy T-T
Not sure not sure all I know is that I'm not in love with the current system!!

Still working that one out haha!
