Everyone should hear it whenever Pyke gets an ULT reset, friend and foe.
Sion screams so you know he ulted, so does Kled and Corki does too, but you don't know if Pyke got his ULT reset unless you check his sprite or see him kill with ULT

Honestly, all of the chrous variations are wonderful. While i think that Pyke's one is the best, Morde's is close behind with the Dark-Souls Boss feeling. Panth's is a bit underrated, probably because the skin itself is a bit disappointing. Sylas sounds good, but is sadly way to short.
