Pwede na yung ganitong methodology sa domestic application not in commercial and industrial. Not so proper way how to charge the refrigeration system. But this works naman, "Diskarting pinoy" maraming kulang na procedures, I can tell na this is "veterans move"

Glad to see women’s given a chance to show their potentials, we know this trade mostly known for the men. I’m not gonna make a comments what are the proper procedures because where am I is different, almost everything are affordable and even provided by the company. The leak detector bubbles should be more thick because that won’t stay where the micro leak is and drips can’t find the bubbles from the leaks. Pressurizing the system following the manufacturer recommendation are important because you could blow up a coil or the parts of the compressor. The R410A refrigerant are blend composed of equal parts R32/R125 zeotropic means boils at different temp. When the technicians found out that system not cooling, you don’t wanna jumped into conclusion that the system needs refrigerant, that is the last resort you can do after a series of diagnostics. Then when you found the leaks, just don’t charge it, because what happened the possibility is one of the components are fractionate and that will reduced the system capacity. Recover if there is leftover and don’t pulled a into vacuum because you are pulling the outside air, but don’t worry R410A with its pressure mostly are already gone. Pressurized the system, if leaks found, fixed the leaks, pressurized again, released the nitrogen, and pull a vacuum. Observe the needles or better off with digital manifold so you can see the increments, few psi rise doesn’t means you have a leaks, then please have a weight scale because mini fridge or even the household size fridge are critical charge. Some may takes few ounces or less than a pound (1 lb= 16 ounces), sa Pinas gumagamit tayo ng Kg. For complete job operations you might have to replaced the capillary tube, para sigurado walang bara sa system. Talking about the R22, man this refrigerant are perfect because there is no temperature glide, you can charge the system by vapor or liquid, the only things government around the world I don’t know about China, there is no regulations over there, stopped producing this refrigerant and everybody knows. Luckily before the R22 price sky high, I was able to buy and stock 15 tanks, you still can use until you are running out of it. There’s a lot of retrofitting today by just changing oil on the compressor, change the TXV like using R407C, the temperature glide almost the same. The MO99 just charge it from R22, is just a little bit temp glide difference. Anyway, this lady with her beauty my man, could be the men biggest distractions looking at her beautiful face, is she single???. I could be a big follower on her video, keep up the good works lady, this trade will no longer a men’s job alone, women can do better than men in every way. I don’t mind going back to the school everyday if you found someone teaching you and found something more interesting para sa puso natin . Nakaka I love naman and ganda nya maliban sa smart pa. Just head ups to this beautiful lady be a model yourself, have a safety glass and gloves on, tied up your hair to avoid being got caught on the moving parts.
used 1/2 hose and quarter inch connector, micron gauge, and Schrader valve core removal tool, and evacuate below 500 micron, wait then break the vacuum by 2psig dry nitrogen gas then vacuum again. used hose for vacuum only in order to avoid contamination from other refrigerant. micron gauge is a MUST! remember we using poe and pve oil now which is hygroscopic. it grabs moisture and change it to acid through hydrolysis when long exposure to moisture and when not properly dehydrated below 500 Micron. POE OIL is notorious on this. also used acid tester if suspected oil break down.

pump down po..ibig sabihin e trap ang refrigerant sa outdoor unit or condenser..ang ginagawa po..pinapatay ang discharge valve...kabitan ng gauge manifold...patakbuhin ang aircon...at ito po ay unti unting papasok at makukulong sa outdoor unit..pag po ng vacuum na ang low pressure gauge...patayain an po ang aircon..at isara ang suction valve....ibig pongsabibhin..lahat ng refrigerant nakakulong na sa outdoor unit...then tsaka nyo e dismantle..

Informative video. Ask ko lang sana bat hinde kayo nagbabase sa kilo ng refrigerant kung parehas naman ang ipinalit na compressor o walang binago sa system. At saka sa pressure test sana may nitro para just incase na may leak, di problema ang pag vent ng refrigerant. Mahirap kasi pag may microleaks. Super heat/subcool, microns maybe para sa another level. But overall, ayos na din po yan. Kudos guys..👍

Take note depende ren sa panahon base sa experience ko pag malamig ang panahon madaling magpalamig ang aircon at bumababa ang amperage at kung mainit at sobrang init ng panahon during summer tataas den ang amperage minsan lampas pa nga sa limit nya kase hirap sya mag tapon ng init na kinukuha nya sa isang room absorb naman ng refrigerant na nasa evaporator. Tawag dun heat transfer. Or Inalis mo yung init sa loob ng room tinapon mo sa labas yung ang trabaho ng refrigerant..
wala po ...ginagamitan po sya ng revocery machine patungo sa recovery refrigerant tank...kung mag improvise po kayo..pwedi rin..gamit kayo ng rotary compressor ng aircon...at higupin ang refrierant sa system..patungo sa walang lman na refrigerant tank...ibabad nyo lang sa yelo ang refrigerant tank.
ginagawa po ang pump down sa mga split type aircon..o sa malalaking AC...( industirla )..para po ma un install ( kalasin )... nyo ang indoor unit..sa outdoor unit..kung may sira..o lilinisin ang evaporator...iniipon po ang lahat ng refrigerant sa condenser.....

Yes mam sa refrigerant bottle lalo po s malalaki may dalawang valve para sa gas at para sa liquid.. Ang tanung ko lng po kpag magcharge k ng freon sa aircon at gas kelangan mu icharge.. ang low side po dapat vapor ang pumasok..kasi ang compressor po ay vapor compressor..kinokompress nya ang vapor para tumaas ang pressure at temperature..kaya dapat sa low-side..nakatayo..at dapat vapor ang pumasok...pag sa high side ka mag kakarga..mas mainam liquid..so dapat nakataob..at nakataas..para liquid ang pumasok sa high side...

Share ko lang po, may kasamahan kasi ako nag work as service sa panasonic, meron pa silang thermometer na dapat ma achieve ang ganung temp (kagaya nan sa freezer) bukod sa pagyeyelo ng tubig sa baso.. Sa design kayo po ang mas nakakaalam ng maige dyan as future ME at sana mas ma expose pa kayo sa line ng servicing para mas maimprove ang kaalaman bukod sa theories. 😊. Salamat po.

ang low side po dapat vapor ang pumasok..kasi ang compressor po ay vapor compressor..kinokompress nya ang vapor para tumaas ang pressure at temperature..kaya dapat sa low-side..nakatayo..at dapat vapor ang pumasok...pag sa high side ka mag kakarga..mas mainam liquid..so dapat nakataob..at nakataas..para liquid ang pumasok sa high side...
