Thanks!!! It cost us an arm, a leg, blood, sweat and tears! Lots and lots of hard work went into this baby! There isn’t a $ value we can put on our hard work.
What were the costs, and what applications and permits did you have to go through with the city? Anything that came up later you wish you would have done with the venue?
The cost was many many hours of blood, sweat and tears, our sanity and quite a few body aches. Lol. Living outside any city limits, no city permits were required. We’re continuing to upgrade.
Mathematically, we calculated 200. But after a few weddings we felt that was too crowded and now limit it to 150-160 to give ample space for food, bar and dance floor.
