Thanks for going into detail regarding the chair's foam and having that chart up. It's something a lot of reviewers do not go into and I feel it's what is missing from the chair specs. The only thing I would like to see more is close up shots of pushing down on the seat cushion to see how well it holds up to force. Otherwise, great video mate.
I live in Australia and own a fairly cheap typhoon pro gaming chair i bought from Officeworks for 289 Aud. I love it it has a mesh back for hot summers, pu leather bottom for a comfortable and easy to clean seat if i do spill something. In Australia there isnt really anywhere u can go and sit on gaming chairs to try them out. So i watch reviews. Also gaming chairs are expensive here. Cheaper gaming brand chairs starting at about 500 Aud. and Anda are around 500-600 and Secret labs around 600-700 Aud. Which i see as a lot of money. Without trying chairs out i just dont know if it is worth paying a lot more money for maybe a small improvement. I havent seen any reviews on the chair i own so its hard for me to get a comparison.
Hi Stu i orderd a Andaseat Kiaser 2 from Argos. It came within 4 day's of ordering,it was a birthday present for my son. When i tried to set it up the m8 screws that are for the mechanism all where wrongly threaded, one of the m8 screws would not go in or come out . I tried everything but nothing worked to get it out or go further in, i contacted argos and they said they would collect and replace it with a new one after one week dpd came to collect it and did not bring a replactment, i contacted argos again and they said wait for 48 hrs you will have your replacment. They still didn't send it this happend 3 times more so finally i told them to give a refund. Now i bought a secert labs titan evo xl insted which is awsome more expensive but better quality and so easy to build too.
always good to see your videos Stu. Looking forward to that long-term use of the Secretlab. Since I've seen your review been looking around, and....honestly for me is a-no-go that chair, people say the cushion is too hard and the lumbar support makes cracking noises.
Just got a Titan Evo 2022 delivered today and Secretlab emailed a few days prior advising to adjust the lumbar up and down and from max to min settings a few times' to reduce any potential creaking noises. It assembled quickly and easily and is quality from first impressions. The seat is firm, which I prefer, the headrest is certainly super lush and the chair doesn't hunch me forward at all (I got size XL and am 6'2"/188cm, 100kg and broad shouldered for reference). Time will tell how it holds up I suppose, and thankfully it has a 5 year warranty to back it up and provide peace of mind of its reliability.
Awesome review man, have you seen the Andaseat Kaiser 3 chair thats launching soon? It has detachable parts that are magnetic. I'm definitely looking into getting one.
Feels like im watching national geography, everythin about your video is great sir. Keep up the good work. One day ur hardwork will pay off. Done subscribe & thnx for reviewing this chair
The Anda Seats Dark Demon is closer to the EVO in some ways. Just waiting for the new 'Dragon' version of it to see how it does. I don't think I'll be giving up my EVO 2022 Joker, but it'll be nice to have something different so I don't feel like I'm working all the time.
i am going to buy during the next week, either Anda seat T-Pro or T-Pro2 BUT i cant decide which one..Money aint a problem since the difference in the price is 50€ more for T-Pro2 I am 173cm 80kg
The idea of lumbar support (pillow or built-in design) is to reproduce the natural curvature-inward bend-of the spine. That being said, the pillow should never rest completely on the seat's padding but be positioned higher up, approximately at the middle of the lumbar area. Anyway, the neck pillow of this chair is indeed a true disaster and should be immediately disposed of.
Good review... Seen other reviews and you can immediately tell that they are 'done in minutes' and not about actual living with it. Very interested in the new Ikea/Asus range....I can't believe i'm interested in an Ikea gaming chair..what happened to me...sad face :'(
I think the Gaming and electric wheelchair seating industry, need to join forces? You'd get the support of wheelchair seats and the wheelchair industry might gain from the modernity of fabrics and lumbar support from gaming.
Not happy Jan! No I do NOT recommend this chair! I bought one for my partner who is 185cm tall and a bit over 130kg, for quite a substantial sum of $$$, it lasted 6 months before things started to fail. First the recline mechanism got stuck and remained at the mid way reclined position, I procrastinated about in touch with the manufacturer, when I did I found that they were non-existent here in Australia, and the US website told me that they didn't support products that were bought from third party vendors...like wtf!? not even verifiable third party vendors!? So after a few weeks I decided to contact the vendor about the issue to start remedy/return process. They wanted video/photo evidence, and while we were messing about with the chair it popped back up into the upright position....argh....but that didn't last, as it was set back to recline the chair collapsed and the frame buckled just in front of the recline mechanism, thankfully my partner was mostly unscathed. I'm finally getting my refund :)
Ahh the gaming chair.. total marketing scam. Ergonomic office chairs offer better comfort at the same or cheaper price. Unless you go high end of course. Save your money and your back.
I agree to *some* extent, But some ergonomic office chairs are just so unpleasurable to sit in. There’s a fine line between comfort and ergonomics that a lot of office chairs miss.
Anda seat should kiss you tight in the mouth because your review just made me want to get it right away. I bought the kaiser 2 btw it fits my behind better I think

Thanks Steve. Came for the Anda Pro 3 review, enjoyed your humour, and have subbed :)
Many thanks! Always struggling to find big and tall reviews
No worries! 🍺

SL catch up is coming on or around the begining of january! (6 months of use needed)!

new viewer here - LOL very cute dog and intro - and few videos Ive watched so far are very well edited, made and informative. Thumbs UP!
What are your thoughts on this chair for someone who is 5ft9 and around 80kg? Is it worth getting the XL version or should I go for the T-Pro compact?
Oh looks like Stu has had some sun. Good for you for getting out a bit!
I actually filmed this a few months ago... 🥵
Thumbs up for the dog and the honest review
Awesome review man, have you seen the Andaseat Kaiser 3 chair thats launching soon? It has detachable parts that are magnetic. I'm definitely looking into getting one.
I have seen it... its almost a shameless copy of the secretlab titan evo 2022... Although the magnetic desk top looks cool.
For the same price would you recommend the andaseat T-PRO2 or the secretlab 2022 evo regular chair?
SL tends to be my preference between these two!
Why can't they incorporate a rubber bladder which you can find your own comfort, trucks have air bladders for lumbar support.

Been watching for a while Stu, your studio looks like an evil bankers lair, have you done a tour yet?
I haven’t yet! Actually moving the study in the next few months, at which point you’ll definitely see the tour!!

I am 170cm, will this chair fit me, or is it too big?
I also weigh 100 pounds

Had anyone tried the phantom 3?

I cant have any chair that doesn't have head/neck support, that's insane and is why everyone has a bad back these days

I'll put my lipstick on! 😂
