I spent 20+ hours this weekend doing week 4. Monday is a holiday so I was going to stay up late anyway…..I didn’t mean for it to be 6:30 am when I did though. Our raid team got screwed over and over with damage in final phase, the last run before I went to bed he had about 1hp left. I went to bed crushed thinking what I could’ve done differently. I woke up 3 hours later, joined an lfg and finished nezzy within an hour. Pantheon has been hell, and I loved every minute of it
man, the pantheon was BRUTAL. It really was one of Destiny's biggest challenges, it was like being stomped over and over but the satisfaction and relief you got after finally landing the final blow, it made it all worth it. I will NEVER take off my Godslayer title. It's a reminder of some of the best weeks this game ever had, and of course, the 12h gaming session with the boys.

I don't understand, the orbs for my team are just not giving us our super back like it it for you guys. Is your spacing important? Can you go too far right? Is it important to crouch? All shooting mostly at once? Sometimes it seems the orbs just despawn completely...
@@Ranch_Coffee1688 thats likely what was happening. We ended up doing damage on Nez’s spawn platform with a well-lock keeping him put and using div for easy crits. The orbs dropped on a flat surface so collecting them was much more consistent, though we had to two phase.
Finally a team realizes how good Parasite is on Golgoroth. I’ve been called an idiot so many times until they see my damage. When it’s Solar surge Parasite is the king.
how do you move the planets before the collosus are killed?! i didnt know that was a thing. i thought you needed to kill them to get planetary shift...
Killing colossus gives you planetary insight which lets you see which middle planets are needed, you can pick up the planets from the sides after the 2 centurions that spawn in middle are killed
It's very, very good for both Rhulk and Nezzy. 120k per shot, you can easily 2-phase Rhulk and Nezzy - with the current golden gun / star eaters shenanigans, obviously you can 1-phase with a full fireteam running it.
@xnyxiee1784 those can both be easily 2 phased with apex though. Sleeper has pretty bad dps when people test it so I guess I'm just curious if they're only using it because of goldy spam or if it's actually being overlooked in classical DPS
@sQuaTsiFieD it's dps is fine, in fact it's better for dps on pantheon rhulk than rockets, and miles better for damage on nezarec - there's some serious cope trying to pretend it's bad when it outright performs better.

Yo. Can someone give me short explanation?! I run star eaters, but had no idea the potential. I always run it with blade, not golden gun. Does running it with golden gun just makes tons of orbs and then you use powerful attraction to get the orbs back??
When you hit a crit with goldie you generate 2 orbs, when you hit all 3 you make 6 orbs for your teammates and with 5 people doing that you get super back immediately after using it
@@jeffmeyer6820 for every encounter besides nez we have a warlock who is usually either using divinity or tractor cannon depending on the boss, on nez they swap to hunter and just goldie chain with the rest of us
Yeah, it allows you to also guaranteed hit all your knives as well. I'm wondering if a titan baracade wouldn't do the same thing, functioning as a backsplash.
@@yourbrojohno We tried barricade and the glaive bubble before settling on ward of dawn and unfortunately they're both too small of a target to do the same that blading inside the bubble does, they are better than nothing though
Make sure to not have any armor mods that can eat orbs while you're in golden gun, such as surges or finisher mods on class item, and if you're using rockets make sure to not use argent ordnance in the artifact cause that also eats orbs
I have Insulation, Absolution, and Orbs of restoration on my boots, so when i pick up enough orbs my teammates generate after i leave goldie i get dodge back
Knucklehead allows the celestial shot to get the “more damage to low health target” buff on the boss. Not sure how necessary it is in this case besides being fractionally faster to kill the boss.

depending on the encounter blade barage isn’t as good as golden gun for stuff like oryx

We have some people change to a different character for certain encounters, such as swapping to titan for atraks and hunter for nezarec

Our warlock is on apotheosis veil so when they cast their strand super everyone near them gets very fast ability regen for a short duration
