About 7 years after, this album is still one of the greatest in metal history in my opinion.
I'm 16yo and a young metalhead, and I'm going to do a presentation of this fable for my phylosophy class.
This album is unique and people need to take the time, sit down and appreciate it.

Well I absolutely did “sit down” with it. Multiple times I have had a kind-of “story time” with a couple friends where we put on the Feathers & Flesh album in its entirety in order and paused occasionally read the brief transitional poems between songs/lyrics aloud. I really appreciate what Avatar did to so thoroughly develop the world inside this album beyond the music itself.
